Q:Was there a point where you knew that you would be a great top player? Like how did you find out? Did you play everything to the same value then just elaborate what you played better?

A:I always was a top player whether people knew it or not. I say this because since the beta I was even rank 4. The only reason why I haven't popped up in the first WCG in cali was because of my job with my dad. family business. I was a sub for epikgamer, and I can tell you 100% if I was there to play singed we woulda won 100% and we woulda became the clg of lol.

A:I'm lazy, he's not.

Season 3 expect god tier play from me, the revenge is on.

Q:How do you plan to prepare for top lane in season three, given that you'll regularly be coming up against the likes of Wickd, Shy, MaKNooN, Darien, etc. Do you think there's sufficiently skilled competition on the NA servers for you to be on top of things?

A:yazuki and balis.

there are a few others that aren't even on teams that are really good top laners but I never get to play vs them much

I think NA has a lot of really good players that could compete with asia and euro it's just that they're either to young or in school etc.

Q:How did you get so good at League of Legends? What were your training habits before you joined TSM.

A:I played league every day and I had a 6 day plumbing intern job. I also worked out everyday except sat and sunday.

I'm good cause I've just been playing games for a long time and I'm addicted to it.

Q:A lot of people say your lane was the weak-point in the match up with Azubu Frost. What do you think went wrong?

A:went wrong runes. played the match up wrong.

oddone wasted exhaust and got chunked.

I didn't even the wave out enough so creeps chunked him even more.

2nd game irelia and skarner insta gibbed me in fights so I wasn't far back enough and my item build wasnt good with the synergy of the team.

A:currently razer ultimate keyboard mechanical keyboard w/e it's called.
black mamba mouse I think, the green glowy one.

Q:What happened to Rumble/Singed/Jax? Thought they were your go-to picks. Why'd that change?

A:rumble loses to easily to brusiers and is hard to last hit with. he brings the aoe damage to a team but it usually doesn't fit in with our comps for some reason.

singed doesn't either my team keeps telling me oh you coulda picked this everytime I pick him.

jax I haven't been successful with him in scrims but I'm looking to pick him back up.

A:I like to challenge people at their best roles, I actually try super hard when I go up against people in their main roles because when I beat them I can say omg I can play this role pro, yolo

Q:I started to really notice a difference in my gameplay when I first started to play singed, sense that time I've always looked for the best Singed player out there. After coming across you and studying how you play I've expanded my skill even further. You've been the person I've always looked up too in this game and nothing gets me more excited than seeing you play singed. After reading quite a few of these questions I have to wonder.

Who is the person you always look to for getting better at top? I can't imagine you just picked up Singed and was infused with god-like powers to destroy all, even tho it is singed, and we all know how he gets sometimes with he mass genocide.

A:I was the catalyst of singed, there was nobody else to look up to. I started the singed trend but didn't expand it enough. I was always the top 5 best top laners since closed beta in terms of just being there of all time. I didn't start looking up to players until I saw Wickd on irelia, the way he controls the game with his main character is very efficient and learn worthy.

A:I will, my champion pool is going to be much more scarier then before. now that I understand my level of play needed for each champion. it means I must master my go to pool better if I am to compete with the best

Q:On Irelia, in what situations do you go ad quints and what situations do you go health regen quints. And in each case, when do you go gp5s, doran's blade or phage.

A:health regen is for 2v1 or heavy harass like nidalee or jayce.
ad is for last hitting or just normal overall effciency.

gp5 sucks
rush triforce,
go triple dorans if you're losing to badly.

And as a secondary question, being a top laner myself, why do you think there is not much Wukong seen played in competitive tournaments? Do you think it is just that he is not viable as a top to most people?

A:I HATE TEEMO NIDALEE JAYCE AND ALL RANGED TOP CHAMPIONS

darius is a pain to lane against you usually die for sure from ganks.

Q:What are the steps TSM/ the NA Teams will take to catch up with Europe and Asia?

A:taking the game seriously, having multiple strats and comps, poke, hard engage, brusier, kite, etc.

need two NA teams that take the game as seriously so they can make each other better instead of being stuck at the level we're at right now.

Q:What do you think about Ionic Spark on bruisers Top? Especially Shen or Volibear. In my opinion it is pretty well on any bruiser, but many ppl don't think so.

A:it's good on shen on volibear inparticularly because of how their skill set is. for everything else though is a different story

A:15 ad 13 armor 12 mr.
bt/bc/muramasa/lw/ga/etc

depends on where your jungler is or where ward are. if you randomly play aggressively you can mind game the enemy top laner into thinking your jungler is top.

A:rumble is a great champ for aoe comps. singed is great for poking and positioning comps.

hecarim is strong but I couldn't figure him out, maybe I'll be able to this year.

A:Singed then move on to more complicated tops like nidalee or elise.

If you really wanna get good 1v1 someone of the same skill level or higher constantly in custom games 1v1 and watch replays of top laners or spectate high elo ranked games.

A:yeah I played dota before it got popular, that's how my love for mobas came to be. nowadays I just suck at dota2 but still enjoy the heroes and announcer voices.

Have you been against a Pro Mexican Player in Solo queue ?

By Pro I mean if he was in your elo.

A:I don't know who is Mexican and who isn't but if we were going by names the closest I could think of would be allegroGJ, but I dunno.

I'm pretty sure someone in the scene must be Mexican and pro I don't keep track of these things other then the usual obvious black/white/asian stereotypes.

Q:Hey Dyrus, I myself am an european league player, and can't figure the reason behind the play style differences between NA/EU/Asian servers. What was, in your opinion, the thing that lets us tell "This is EU playstyle" or "That is such an american play"

A:I played dota before people even knew about it.

I played a little bit on HON and loved to play legonaire or jere.

I wanted to try blizzard dota because it has all my favorite characters from the series of starcraft/warcraft/diablo

A:we do, it's just that we also come to promote our stuff and talk to fans and do all that stuff. if we were strictly going for the win we wouldn't do all this fan service.

Q:How do you (and the rest of TSM) keep yourselves physically and mentally healthy?

I'm sure that there is some form of constant stress whether it be from the prolonged hours of staring at computer screens (luckily you have the Gunners to help with that) or the fact that you sit still for so long, so I'm curious as to what steps you guys take to keep yourselves in the shapes you are in and such?

A:I did p90 x with chaox one time.

I am terrible with health right now, I used to be pretty fit but ever since I came into this life I have undervalued the value of exercise, and I need to get back on it.

Q:I recently started playing top lane for my very casual team and I keep failing. Solo queue style, I do fine top but it feels like when we scrim, I get camped 24/7 and my lane snowballs out of control. Of course, in reality I probably don't get camped more than anybody else but it always feels like it and top lane is so snowbally. What champs are good to learn for top that can deal with heavy jungle pressure and is my issue likely lane/creep control? It has become immensely frustrating to learn top lane against remotely organized teams. I feel like they recognize the fact that top is so snowbally more than solo queue. Any tips and or advice?

Q:Hi Dyrus, I am a huge fan and have a question for you. Ive been maining Jyace for a while now and my friends (who dont play Jayce) tell me im building him wrong. They say I shouldnt be getting a Muramana. I personally find this item amazing on him and am loving it. But they are getting to me is all. On average I do very well with Jayce. They believe I dont build him tanky enough. my final build may resemble: last whisper, BC, Trinity, GA, muramana, mobo bootes. My response to this is that Jayce isnt ment to be a tanky bruiser like other top laners, but more of a bruiser/adc type of champ. They say I am wrong, even though I have good success as Jayce and they themselves do not play him at all. Im pretty sure im right, but as I said, they are just getting to me and I would like your opinion on this build and if you have any suggestions.

Q:Hey Dyrus, I was wondering why nobody really uses the Spirit Visage. I've been using it on Vlad and Fiddlesticks a few times and I find it works really well especially with those champions. What is your opinion about too many noobs and retards playing this game? I'm getting so frustrated about loosing rankeds not because of my personal skill, but because that someone is trolling or simply doesn't know how to play the game... And when you give them tips or say that they need to improve their build, they just ignore you or say that they know what they are doing with score... 0/7... :D
