Spells

(Skill 4): Blade Waltz ~ Fiora dashes around the battlefield striking random champions dealing physical damage. Successive strikes against the same target deal 35% less damage. It's going to be hard to kill her late game, like all the other carry's but this one is going to be even more annoying. That Parry tool is going to be problem as well :/

No CC, so she will live from dealing a huge amount of damage. The first skills remind me a bit of Xin Zhao honestly, but we will see.

So far I can only say that she will be a good duelist, but her numbers and sustain will tell if she is viable. Sounds a lot like solo-top currently, because of no CC for jungleganks and no aoe-damage for jungle-farm, and no range for bot-lane.
