What did you want to know in particular? I'm Korean and know how to read, but not speak. They love Westerners there :) It's pretty accessible in terms of English being everywhere (because it's such an international city). It's very different from the US, though. I mainly go to shop and eat :D (don't want to be like woo I'm a girl but... yeah, I know all of the places to shop at, hah). I went every year for a few years so I can maybe help :D I can definitely say I prefer the US, lol...

Best question a guy can ask. +1

hah, well, Koreans do love the drink, although I didn't partake while visiting. There are convenience stores EVERYWHERE that are open 24/7, basically at every corner. They all have beer and soju. You can get beer anytime!... I guess. Huge liter bottles (light beer is prevalent). In terms of other types of liquor, unsure. There are street vendors/mini restaurants where you can sit and eat street foods and drink soju. Korea is a drinking and smoking culture, along with gaming :)

I remember one of the funniest things I saw on my last visit there (last summer) was a lady... driving one handed with a baby in her lap, cigarette in the other.

Also, while Koreans aren't allowed to gamble in casinos, foreigners can. Random fact.

unsure... I went to a SC2 tourney last summer to sit in the audience and the convention hall that it was at did have a convenience store in it, but i didn't look to see if they sold beer or whatever :) i would assume, since, it's a production, that they would limit that sort of thing but who knows KOREA IS CRAZY

Hey messiah.

I am korean too, and i take visit back to korea every two yeard or so, so let me try and answer your questions.

Seoul is really busy city, be careful out there when you are there alone. Its always good to remember closest subway station to your place cause entire seoul is covered by spider-web like subway links, and when you get lost, you can always take subways to get back to your place.

Korean beers arnt that nice.. but they do sell foreign beers like guiness, heineken, budweiser and etc at the supermarket. There isnt really dedicated liquor store in korea. So any convinient stores or big supermakets sells them.

And for ogn live studio, no. You cant take any alchoholic beverages into the stadium. At least that was how the rule was when i last visited them.

Hope it helps,
Pinaen.
