Hello all. With the upcoming season approaching, I was just curious what you guys think are standard page setups, for a neutral champion setup (since i'll be play multiple champs, and can't have a page for each one)

I was thinking...

AD/AP
Marks - Armor/Magic Pen
Seals - Dodge/HP per level
Glyps - Clarity(or Shielding? worth it?)/Clarity
Quints - Flat Health(or movement)/Flat health(or movement)

I'm trying to found out my runepages, so I would like an ideal of standard runepage setups for these 2 types of champs. Thanks.

(I know support can have CD reduct and different types.. but, not sure how to adjust that into the standard layout.)

You got marks and seals about right.
Glyphs would be either cooldown reduction or mana regen per level
Quints can be armor pen, magic pen, movespeed or flat hp.

IMO there are only a few good choices for each.

Mark: Armor Pen, Magic Pen, Crit Dmg (for niche champs).
Seals: Dodge, Health per Level
Glyphs: Flat Cooldown, Ability Power per Level, Magic Resist Per Level
Quints: Flat Health

I did CDR quints. Glyphs + Quints = 10.77 CD red, which i dont think is to bad, but most quints are farely good, so i think this is a matter of preference....

CDR quints are pretty niche. Most of the time the guy on your team who needs CDR the most is rocking 40%+ after golem anyhow. Ill take the +100 health at level 1 so I can lane with more than 400 health.

On my two pages I'm running

Marks: Armor Pen/Spell Pen
Seals: Dodge
Glyphs: Mana Regen/5/lvl
Quints: Movement speed

But my problem is.. what if I go into a game and I want to play Mordekaiser? Or Garen? Or Kennen?

Yeah, thats my problem too. Turn the armorpen page into CDR instead of mana/5 ? It wouldn't help that much for kennen, but you auto attack quite a bit with Morde. It works out well with Shen too.

I'm thinking something like this:

Marks - Armor Pen/Spell Pen
Seals - HP scaling
Glyphs - Flat CDR/Mana regen scaling
Quints - Flat health

Since I've gotten better at mana management

ANNIE'S SUPER SEXY RUNEBOOK (caster page)

Mpen marks
Hp/level or Mana regen/level depending on who I'm playing.
Cooldown reduc glyphs
Movement or HP quints

SUPER AWESOME PWNSOM RUNEBOOK

Armor pen marks with 1 critchance mark just to be a dick.
HP/level or Dodge seals
Magic resist glyphs
HP quints.

ill go with Kennen the AP Route

Mpen marks
Ap/lvl Seals
Ap/lvl Glyphs
Flat AP Quints

its nice for early harassing with shuriken.

With Akali I change one Flat AP Quint with a DMG Quint to use her passiv with Dorans blade at lvl 1
The Ap passiv you get only with your runes on lvl 4, if you use Ignite you can get it from lvl 1 too.

This is what I did.

Physical page:
Marks: Armor Pen
Seals: Hp/lvl
Glyphs: mp5/lvl (no need for any mana item on a carry then)
Quints: 2 FLAT HP and 1 Armor pen quint. I like having 26 armor pen as that negates nearly all armor at level 1-3 with mastery.

Tank/Mage page:
Marks: Magic Pen
Seals: hp/lvl
Glyphs: CDR/lvl
Quints: 2 FLAT HP, 1 CD/LVL

Put CD/lvl at 10.X - This helps a ton as mages you want to use those abilities.

I choose hp/lvl as you never know what your going to be fighting against and if it's a mage, you cannot dodge spells

As a mage mana tends to be a problem, but I realized that early game, Doran's ring provides enough because I get a bigger mana pool each level. I use to run mp5/lvl, but was waiting to burn mana on cd's.

As a tank if I need a lot of mana, I just get Chalice because I will need MR. If I need the slot late game, sell it, it helped me early game.

This allows me to play Kat, Kennen, Mord, Akali just fine also with the Mage/Tank page.
