So, What are the best champions to play right now?
In elo <1400, with what can i carry easilly (with brain ikr, but talking about champions)

I used Irelia a bit.

Cho'gath is good too.

Any mid who you can roam successfully with.

Any jungle who you can help feed lanes with.

I heard they're nerfing the armor reduction per stack to 6.25%. Even then, it's still gonna be mad retarded.

They are reducing the static ArPen to 10 (down from 15) and the stacking percentage to 6.25% per stack.
