Introduction

Nasus is a very strong and fun champion to play that is currently one of the most powerful junglers in the current pre-season 4 meta. He is more of a farm-oriented jungler, who specializes in wave clear and stacking his Q to spec for the late game. His ultimate provides early dragon control and allows him to become a late game monster, running over the enemy team and becoming unstoppable. He is not a good ganker and would not be advised for aggressive ganking style players.

9 Utility
These masteries provide Nasus with the defense that aids his early game and helps keep his durability into late game, and a bit of utility that also adds a key part to Nasus's kit.

Summoner Sets

Smite & Ghost
Smite is self explanatory for a jungler. I prefer ghost over flash as Nasus's 2nd summoner spell because it allows him to keep on his target during a teamfight and apply the DPS from sunfire + his ultimate. Flash is never a bad summoner and is more useful in the early game for Nasus

Item Builds

Starting Build(s)
Build 1
5
Basic jungling start for the majority of junglers, is the same for Nasus. Warding trinket is the best of all the trinkets ATM.
Final Build(s)
Standard Final Items
This build provies Nasus with insane durability and is ideal to be unkillable in teamfights.

QSiphoning Strike
WWither
ESpirit Fire
RFury of the Sands
This build provides strong clear early, and also allows Nasus to stack up his Q a lot. If you prefer to just focus on clearing faster, max spirit fire before siphoning strike.

Skills

Soul Eater
Good passive that allows Nasus to sustain himself in the jungle. Works well with attack speed marks
Siphoning Strike
This spell gets a reduced CD from leveling up and can be stacked by dealing the final blow to all minions and monsters. Ideal for hitting the big camps to strike the finishing blow because it generates 6 stacks instead of 3 then.
Wither
This is Nasus's ability that really makes him into what he is. Provides a movement speed and attack speed slow on one enemy champion that increases over a few seconds until it decays. Very helpful when put on the enemy ADC in teamfights.
Spirit Fire
This ability does a flat base amount of magic damage and a ticking damage over a few seconds. Reduces defense of enemies hit by it. Ideal for clearing camps quickly and helps to take down dragon/Baron.
Fury of the Sands
This spell makes Nasus bigger, grants him a portion of HP, and basically gives him a stronger passive of a sunfire cape for a duration of time. Key spell to make Nasus a threat in teamfights. (Stacks with sunfire cape)

Early Game

Focus on farming camps and stacking Q as much as possible. If you can successfully gank a lane, go for it. Most of the time focus on farming though as that makes Nasus into a beast. At level 6 Nasus can solo drag with his ulti on in about 12-15 seconds.

Mid Game

Focus on getting tanky and starting to group with your team for teamfights. His Q can quickly tear down a turret when your team is pushing

Late Game

Focus on getting into the enemy's faces and wither their ADC. Be a beast and allow your team to clean-up what you couldn't kill

Teamfights

Focus on being in the front line and tanking as much of the enemy's damage output that you can. Wither the enemy ADC to make him less useful in fights and try to peel for your carries if needed

Conclusion

Nasus is an awesome champion and is one of my favorites. Try him for yourself and see if he fits your play style!
