Always ignite with teemo, works well with burn damage. You don't need ghost because you will have around a 450 movement speed after w max.

Early doran's and merc's for lane phase strength and the blade of the ruin king will allow you too chunk through any tanks you may be facing and the frozen mallet with you 450 movement speed its deadly.

Only time it will be of use is when hiding in ememy jungle or lane to avoid ganks
Blinding Dart
Blind to deny farm and or block incoming damage.
Move Quick
Really good for securing and or escaping situations.
Toxic Shot
Don't depend on burns to kill unless ignited mainly used for bonus on hit damage.
Noxious Trap
Works well with elder lizard for clearing waves. Set up in enemy jungle when ahead when behind set in lane and down river.

Interesting match up. Jayce normally would thrive off a squishy ap teemo top, but you are not that. The most key component in you losing or winning lane is dodging power balls. DO NOT GET HIT BY POWERBALLS AND YOU WILL WIN!

You might have to deal with this. Most likely they are someone who has no idea how to beat a teemo simply just knows "Pantheon counters teemo" not knowing how or why. Well if you want to win this match up you need to just farm and when he harasses you, you harass him back and when he goes all in on you with stun, blind him and keep kiting and autoing him on his way away from you so you get free damage.

Just auto attack him and deny him farm, avoid getting double dash stunned and you should be fine.

Early Game

Just farm. Teemo is an excellent farmer, harass only when they come to farm and it is actually effecting them. Try to blind dart at good times before they last hit a siege minion or something like that.

Mid Game

You should have taken control of lane by now and have him shoved back to tower auto attacking him when he comes off and when hes not you attack tower. You should have mushrooms planted for safety to avoid getting ganked. Try to avoid roaming out of lane other than to shroom, try to focus on shuting down the enemy laner and keeping enemys occupied in top with you and if they aren't then push towers and make them come for you so it takes pressure off you're team.

Late Game

You're shrooms will help take control of baron. You can team fight strongly now that you have hurricane. You are tanky but not a tank. Pick you're positioning well and go after good targets.

Teamfights

Team fights are not what you want with teemo. You want 1v2s or 1v1s and you want to push and take objectives.
