Masteries

Full Defensive masteries with the addition of Summoner's Wrath for more movement speed with Ghost.

This is essential for this Singed Build cause you'll try to be as tanky as possible. As Singed you'll go in and out without dying, you'll chase their ad carry out of the team fight, you'll prevent their bruiser before he gets to your carries and such.

Explanation: Ghost is the best for Singed. Most of the time you'll use Ghost to get out of a bad situation. And trust me you have to go for bad situations with Singed cause that's how he will be most effective. And he can get out from bad situations a lot better than most champions.

Exhaust can be very good against an auto attack champion. It's helpful during laning phase as well as team fights. It will save you from ganks, it'll save you from many many threats.

Skills

Passive: Empowered Bulwark

Explanation:
Not the best passive but always good to be tankier.


Q: Poison Trail

Explanation:

You will max this first. It'll help you clear minion waves so fast that you'll constantly push. You'll get behind tower and continue pushing. You'll play aggressive with Singed.


W: Mega Adhesive

Explanation:

Max this second. Cause this is kind of an escape mechanism for you and we are maxing it for the extra slow.


E: Fling

Explanation:

Since we're going to use fling for utility not damage at first. It's OK to let it stay there for a while.



R: Insanity Potion

Explanation:

You get so much stats with this. This is where you are untouchable yet had to be dealt with. With the extra CDR from Frozen Heart you can pop it every 80 seconds and it goes on for 25 seconds. That's a very long time to be so tanky.



Early Game

Whomever you are against Singed's early level is not strong. Until you are lvl 4. Then you can easily zone out your opponent with Poison Trail.

During this time you should try to utilize the brushes in order to be not pushed much. If you are against a melee champion that doesn't have a gap closer you'll be fine last hitting. Whenever he tries to come close posion and fling and get away. Most probably you'll have more movement speed anyway.

Mid Game

Mid Game is where you start to be so aggressive. I'm not talking about dueling the opponent here. You'll run everywhere, push to tower, get behind the tower and get the second wave of minions before they even reach the tower, go counter jungle, go gank your lanes but don't ever stop. Push the enemy at every button as good as you can.

You can imagine you're going to need a lot of Wards for this. With the addition of wards it'll be very hard for your opponent to handle you.

Late Game

You'll have very good damage during late game as well. So the opponent won't be able to ignore you anymore but they can't chase you either. You can constantly push almost all lanes without even trying. Just puff your Poison Trail go from lane to lane.

Team Fights

You are a good initiator, a tank, and with this build you are a good bruiser as well. You can deal a very significant amount of damage.

Therefore you'll try to get the people out of position and punish them with Fling.

You can separate their team with Mega Adhesive

You can chase their carries while nobody can chase you. So you'll separate them from the team fight.

You can protect your carries if their bruisers are trying to get to your carries. And exhaust their ad carry.

Final Comments

With this build you'll be tanky as well as a good damage dealer. Therefore you can't be ignored now while you are so tanky.

Therefore you need to be really aggressive with Singed. Go for the frontline, get out, go in and get out.
