Champion Matchups

Introduction

Hello and welcome,

This is my first guide ever, so any comments (good or bad) or always welcome, afterall, we are all here to learn a thing or 2 ^^

i will do my best to make this guide as complete as possible, but since its my first, dont expect to much.

first of all:
As you can see, i build Rammus as a solid Armor tank, with minor Magic Resist.
why? couse i believe he's defensive curl will grant him enough MR for the focus he will get in Teamfights.

HOWEVER!
this means that this build is only good vs a heavy AD team, since to much AP will rape you in a matter of secconds.

Masteries

for my masteries, i went with a 6/23/1 setup.

6 points in offence, for the Cooldown Reduction and bonus damage vs minions.

23 points in Defence, focusing mainly on resistance to the jungle and health.

i got 1 point in Utility for the cooldown on flash.

this build seems to work pretty well for me, since you get alot of armor from it, wich make's your W(Z) deal alot more damage early game vs the jungle creeps.

and you get the magic resist you need to withstand the poke when you gank a AP champ.


Runes

as mentioned before, i build rammus on Armor runes with MR/lvl.

ofcourse, here you have alot of choices.

you can go with Health quints instead of armor, or attack speed, or ...

but for me the armor runes work well for my W(Z) early game.

Summoner Spells



Explanation:

i dont think i need to explain smite, couse its obvious.

i take Flash to get away easy if i take to much AP damage, or to engage while using powerball.

i have tried using Exhaust, but didnt get the results i wanted.
