long-sword, health-potion3 This is my preferred start for ADC TF, so you can stay in lane longer and just get that quick BF sword.
dorans-blade, health-potion Safe build.
boots-of-speed, health-potion4 No sustain supp so you can stay in lane for longer/skill shot dodger, don't suggest this but it is really personal preference.
The choice of what trinket to get is yours. But I pref the ward because ganks are OP when all you have is flash to escape.

Standard Final Items
The basic build of items I ALWAYS take are berserkers-greaves, vampiric-scepter and dorans-blade as needed. The boot enchant also depends on if you are losing or winning, if losing take enchantment-homeguard if winning enchantment-furor
Then get the-bloodthirster+statikk-shiv
The next items you want to get are depending on the matchup or how the game is going.

Dominating Items: infinity-edge, last-whisper(if u need the armp)
Survival Items: frozen-fist, mercurial-scimitar, frozen-mallet
Situational: guardian-angelzephyrmaw-of-malmortius

General Build I take often: (there is never a set build)
berserkers-greaves,the-bloodthirster,statikk-shiv,frozen-fist,last-whisper,mercurial-scimitar.

Skill Order

Start with Pick a card for level one stun, AoE slow, or TONS of damage (blew Card). Then max Stacked Deck, off max Pick a Card. Put points into Destiny when you get a chance. Just throw points into Wild Cards when you have to, but i suggest not using it because it will mana starve you and do little damage.

Skills

Loaded Dice
This is why I LOVE Adc TF, you get so much gold if you can CS well. I usually grab my BF sword first back about 5 1/2 to 6mins. But if you get behind don't worry because if you just farm you can catch up easily due to this beauty of a passive. Hustle that gold yo.
Wild Cards
Don't get unless you have to, and don't even use... waste of mana.
Pick A Card
Yellow card = stun and little dmg. Red card = AoE dmg/slow and okay dmg. Blue card = Mana regen and good dmg.
Stacked Deck
Meat and taters of the build. The atkspd from this is great. Use the Stacked Deck 4th auto proc with a Blue card to poke hard as hell in lane.
Destiny
Good for finding stealthies since there is no Oracles anymore and visible Pinks. Awesome for splitpushing or backdooring. I tend using it for my displacement. Need to get out of a sticky situation? Ult out! Need to get someone who barely lived that teamfight? Catch them with it! Or just use it to get in a better position for a fight!

Introduction

FIRST OFF, they will rage. They will call you a Troll. They will see you pwn. Then they will try it.
Or they will blame you for the loss, even if you are 12-3 and the mid is 0-7 :P

Everyday I'm Hustling... CS like a baws get gold like a baws! ADC TF is really rough at low levels due to his squishyness, but if you can get a good combo with your support and your yellow cards you can easily win. He only falls off late game if you play him like a tank. Positioning is key, that is why I love his ult, you can displace/split push easily.
He snowballs SOOO hard.

Runes

Only reason for changing the ATKSPD runes to MR runes is if they have lots of Magic dmg bot lane or teamwide. But I suggest taking Atkspd.

Summoner Spells

Flash& Barrier

Explanation:
You will need those 2, if you feel they have an ass ton of CC then take

TF Supporters

Best supp for ADTF. So many plays can be made with this combo, Red card to slow for an easy hook. Yellow card to Hook/flay or vise versa. His lantern can get you out of sticky situations because you have no escapes. And his ult also locks people down. It is quite the awesome combo.
Great support to have. Double stun OP for engages/disengages.
Great, is strong, has burst+CC. Only lacks sustain, dmg and CC makes up for it.
Good, CC+Burst+Shield. Lacks tankyness and Sustain. But really strong.
Good, the Speed boost for TF to get a yellow card off, then slow from lulu. And her damage mitigation and ult are really good.
Good, Pull to knock up to yellow card to silence. But that is all it really has.
The rest of the supports are ok, but the above are suggested.

Matchups VS TF

<-- Hard cc so hard lane.
<-- Duels are rough but poke her down in lane and capitalize off it. Also aue ult when she ults, it's funny as hell.
<-- But if stunned he is fucked.
<-- But if caught out he is easy, he can just out duel you early and mid game depending on your items.
The rest of the ADC's are pretty easy depending on supports and skill matchup.

Tf doesnt scale off ad and you need runaans to proc hes e more often. my build is normaly statik shiv magic pen boots runaans guinsoos rage blade and then situational items
