Runes

Marks: Before the armor pen rune nerf (Season 3), it was essential for AD junglers like Jarvan or Lee to get 6x armor pen + 3x flat AD. However, armor pen runes got nerfed and now we can no longer hit +10 armor pen with just 6 armor pen runes. We need 8. It is clear now that flat AD runes > armor pen runes.

[Update] I added +1 critical chance rune simply because I love that lucky random critical damage. Again, if you'd rather keep your rune page simple, just keep +9 flat AD rune. This is personal choice.

Seals: You need that extra beginning armor for stable jungling.

Glyphs: Flat or per lvl or hybrid magic resist. Personal choice.

Quints: Flat AD or movement speed or hybrid. I strongly recommend flat AD for the extra bonus damage early game to maximize his potential. Lee has 2 gap closers when ganking (Q and W) and a slow (E) so not to worry much about movement speed. Also, movement speed can be bought with Mobility Boots.

This mastery page is the basic mastery page for AD Predator junglers (Lee Sin, Jarvan, Vi, ...). 21-9-0 creates a great synergy with the very aggressive rune page and allows the player to fully abuse the early advantage.

[Update] Offense:
Double-Edged Sword - I gave a point in this mastery simply to do more damage (I love aggressive style). If you wish to be a little bit more tanky, do not give a point in this mastery. This is personal choice.
Warlord - Lee Sin jungle, unlike mid or top Lee Sin, usually doesn't go damage items; therefore, we do not need that percentage bonus AD.
Spell/Blade Weaving - I added a point to each of these masteries in order to create simply a synergy with the very characteristics of the champion. First, Lee Sin has 4 damaging spells (Q, Q, E, R) that can activate that little extra damage. Second, Lee Sin's passive (extra AS after casting a spell) can add more synergy, thus damage.
Frenzy - Lee Sin does not build critical chance. Do not put a point on this mastery.

Defense:
Block - Lee Sin is more of a ganking type jungler rather than farming jungler. Therefore, in order to add a little bit more survivability during ganks, I added points on Block and Unyielding masteries.
Recovery/Enchanted Armor - The main concern of the defense mastery is the choice between Recovery and Enchanted Armor. Simply, Recovery allows more sustainability early game and Enchanted Armor adds more itemized durability mid- to end-game. Lee Sin's W gives

Introduction

While Lee Sin was not considered to be one of the top choices among pro-gamers after season 3 in NA or EU, Lee Sin has always been on the top pick ban list in KR league. Many of you have seen InSec's insane Lee Sin plays during the World Championship 2013 at Shanghai and got speechless (I did). Other than InSec, most of the top junglers in the competitive scene like Helios (CJ Blaze), Dandy (MVP Ozone) or Reapered (Jin Air) choose Lee as their favorite jungle champion.
Although Lee Sin has been criticized by most leaguers to fall off in late game or in team fights, these big names have proven us wrong. In this guide, I will briefly introduce you the builds that these pro players use as Lee Sin jungle.

Item Builds

Starting: Ideal start item. Dorans blade start is OP. It gives you +80 health, +10 AD and +5 health regen every basic attack compared to Hunter's Machete that gives extra damange to minions only. It gives you sustain, damage and durability. IMPORTANT. Ask your support or someone in the team to help you tank jungle mob aggro in lvl 1 (since you have no potions).
OR if not comfortable with dorans blade start.
