Introduction
Hi, my in-game name is Tipoldemor, and i guess that none of you reading this guide, have even heard of me. I'm just an average LoL gamer, who enjoys to play Vayne, and that's why i decided to create this guide. I'm very sorry for my bad english, but I'm danish, and not that good at it.
Masteries
I'm taking 24/6/0, to get my damage output at the highest possible. I take full points in everything from Flat AD to crit and attack speed. The 6 points in the Defense tree, is for, if the enemy team is extreme good at focusing me, they will help. The health regen is for lane dominance, as Vayne are not using very much mana. This allow me to go for a very agressive playstyle.
Runes
Arpen marks is for more damage. The Seals and Glyphs are, paired with the masteries, helping very much on my aggressive playstyle. The Quintessences are for even more damage, as i'm the teams AD carry.
Summoner Spells

Explanation:
Exhaust for fleeing enemys, and I cant really see other alternatives.
The flash is for fleeing, chasing and everything else. The only other alternative is Ghost, i believe, but I think you will get all the movement speed you need, from your passive. Especially if you pop your ultimate, you will have 120 MS more than your target when chasing them.
Skills
Passive: Night HunterVayne ruthlessly hunts evil-doers. She gains 40 Movement Speed when moving toward nearby enemy champions.
Explanation:
Extremely good passive for chasing. It gives an additional 40 MS, when chasing "evil-doers", and if you use your ultimate, you will get 120 MS more than normal.
Q: TumbleVayne tumbles a short distance and her next basic attack within 6 seconds deals bonus physical damage.
The bonus is equal to 40/45/50/55/60% of her total Attack Damage.
Cooldown 6/5/4/3/2 seconds
Cost 40 mana
Explanation:
This is used for: more damage, to chase, to get away faster even though u can't get through walls with it. And there is no one in the game who can defeat a Vayne, who have picked Tumble at lvl 1.
W: Silver BoltsVayne tips her bolts with a rare metal, toxic to evil things. The third consecutive attack or ability against the same target deals an additional 20/30/40/50/60 plus 4/5/6/7/8% of the target's maximum Health as true damage. (Max: 200 damage vs. Monsters)
Explanation:
I choose to max this one out first, as it provides, on the third shot on a single target, + 60 damage and 8% of the targets max health. This ability paired with just a little AS, can crush tanks, offtanks and other carrys extremely fast.
E: CondemnVayne fires a huge bolt, dealing 45/80/115/150/185 (+50% of attack damage) physical damage and knocking her target back.
If they collide with terrain they take 45/80/115/150/185 (+50% of attack damage) additional physical damage and will be stunned for 1.5 seconds.
Cooldown 20/18/16/14/12 seconds
Cost 90 mana
Range 450
Explanation:
I max this last. Some people ( like Chaox :) ), will disagree and max this out immediately. I know it provides extreme burst damage, especially if you manage to get people into terrain. But i think: It's the AP carry's job to burst the enemy down. It's the AD carry's job to fast take down the more heavy guys on the enemy team, and that will be more than accomplished, if you max out Silver Bolts to level 9.
R: Final HourFor 8/10/12 seconds Vayne gains 25/40/55 Bonus Attack Damage, Tumbling grants Vayne stealth for 1.5 seconds, and the bonus Movement Speed from Night Hunter is tripled.
Cooldown 70 seconds
Cost 80 mana
Explanation:
Extremely good AD carry ultimate. The CD on this ultimate is insanely low, so use it every time you get into a fight. U can't waste this ultimate. In best case you will get a kill. In worst case, the enemy will escape, ( that's not going to happen, as you will get 120 bonus MS from Night Hunter, when this ultimate is active ). But if they escape, they will most likely have burned a summoner spell, or someone from the enemy team will help them out.
Early Game
Early game, just poke with your Tumble and get a lot of creeps. This is very important, as 15 creeps is around the gold you will get for a kill. You build IE as fast as possible. If things are going well, you are getting fed, or just getting a lot of creeps, you will have IE within 25-30 minutes. Then the team fights are going to start, and here you will get a lot of kills.
Team Fights
Positioning is the key to mastering Vayne, but as you have both Flash and Tumble, this will be a piece of cake. Work together with your AP carry to take down their carrys and offtanks as fast as possible. You will most likely be the one on your team, who can take their offtanks and tanks down fastest. Decide if you want to take them down first or take the carrys first. The tanks are no problem, if you have maxed Silver Bolts and have Phantom Dancer.
