this is my new Ziggs Guide and I hope, it will help you.
Ziggs is a ranged mage champion. He has a big range with all of his spells.
He makes most of his spells AOE-damage, thats good in teamfight.
I will tell you more in the guide.

MasteriesIn my masteries for Ziggs, I have 21-0-9.
That are my normal AP-Carry-Masteries.
I would say, 21-9-0, is also a possibility. There you can take Armor and the life bonus.
I think, thats good, too.

RunesMy runes are my AP-Runes. There I have Magic-penetration marks, flat Ability-Power seals,
Ability-Power per level glyphs and flat Ability-Power Quintessences.
That are my normal AP-Runes too :D
I would say, Mana-reg. seals is possible too.
Summoner SpellsMy summoner Spells for ziggs are and

The reason, for taking ghost and flash is, that Ziggs have low Cooldown-reduction. So if you activate
ghost and/or flash, when a enemy tries to escape, you can easily kill him, because you only throw a bomb
and then hes dead. I think, and is a better combination than and
Passive: Short Fuse
Every 12 seconds, Zigg's next basic attack deals an additional (20 / 49.75 / 79.5) (+35% of ability power) magic damage. Zigg's abilities reduce this cooldown by 4 seconds.
Explanaiton: Try to attack your enemys, when your passive is activated. It make smore damage than normal basic-attacks.
Q: Bouncing Bomb
Ziggs throw a bouncing bomb that deals (75/120/165/210/255) (+65 % of ability power) magic damage.
Cost: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 mana
Cooldown: 6 / 5.5 / 5 / 4.5 / 4 seconds
Range to First Bounce: 850
Explosion radius: 250 (estimate)
Explanation: Try to throw the bomb to your enemy. If hes dead or port back, you can easily kill minions with the bomb. Then you need only one basic-attack to kill them.
W: Satchel Charge
Ziggs flings an explosive charge that detonates after 4 seconds, or when this ability is activated again. The explosion deals (70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210) (+35% of ability power) magic damage to enemies, knocking them away.
Ziggs is also knocked away, but takes no damage.
Cost: 65 Mana
Cooldown: 30 / 27 / 24 / 21 / 18 seconds
Explosion radius: 300 (estimate)
Explanation: This spell is very underrated. This spell is very good because you can do lots of things with this spell. You can jump over walls, knock your enemy to your tower and you can escape, and lots of other things. Use it, thats my tip to you.
E: Hexplosive Minefield
Ziggs scatters proximity mines that detonate on enemy contact, dealing (40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140) (+(0.3 per ability power point)) magic damage. Enemies hit are slowed by (20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40)% for 2 seconds.
Enemies triggering a mine take half damage from additional mines. Mines disarm automatically after 10 seconds.
Cooldown: 16 seconds
Cost: 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 mana
Magic Damage from First Mine: 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+30% of ability power)
Magic Damage from Additional Mines: 20 / 32.5 / 45 / 57.5 / 70 (+15% of ability power)
Explanation: Use this spell, if your enemy tries to escape. It slows and makes damage.
R: Mega Inferno Bomb
Ziggs deploys his ultimate creation, the Mega Inferno Bomb, hurling it an enormous distance. Enemies in the primary blast zone take (250 / 375 / 500) (+90% of ability power) magic damage. Enemies further away take 75% damage.
Cost: 100 mana
Cooldown: 120 / 105 / 90 seconds
Primary Magic Damage: 250 / 375 / 500 (+90% per ability power)
Secondary Area Magic Damage: 187.5 / 281.25 / 375 (+67.5% of ability power)
Explanation: Its used like the E-Spell: If oyur enemy tries to escape, make your ultimate in their way. Ziggs Ultimate make in the end tons of damage. It have not so high colldown, so use it.
Skill OrderYour Q-Spell is the most important Spell with your Ultimate. It makes lots of damage andhas very low
cooldown. Then your E-Spell is the next important and at the end you max you W-Spell.
Team FightsZiggs is in my opinion the BEST teamfight champion. All of his spells makes AOE-Damage. When your team
goes in the teamfight, make in the beginning your ultimate. then make all your spells in the mid of the
fight, all the time. If you stay in the background of the fight, you dont die and make tons of damage,
with you hole spells.
Item BuildsIn the begining, start with OR OR . Then buy the . Then buy to get more AP. If you are good, then buy , and if your loosing , buy. Make these two items to and . Then you have HP and AP :D Then buy to get spell-vamp and more AP. Then buy OR AND . If you have all these items, you are good :)
