E gets a 35% slow from Rylai's because it's a single target spell.

Great Guide! A lot of effort went into making it. One thing i have to note is that she doesnt benefit from 12% spell vamp from the revolver. Like Rylai's, it is considered an AOE spell so it gets the lessened effect. Nonetheless,great guide.
Unlike other single target spells, Twin Fang is treated as a multi-target spell. [1] Twin Fang procs spell vamp and Rylai's slow similarly with all area of effect spells and abilities with diminished effect.
Guinsoo has stated that the reason for this is so that players can't abuse the frequency it can be cast when a target is poisoned.
