Wrong, the AD from a Hextech Gunblade synergises with her Passive, its something like 65 dmg? which gives almost 11% of Spell vamp, plus the item's passive which gives 20%, so you essentially get AP/AD and even MORE Spellvamp

y do people not get wota instead of HG it gives more spell vamp plus ap but this guide is really good

Especially since you get a less gold-efficient hp quint instead of an ap quint, I think you might want to try the tankier, more gold-efficient setup of mercs+haunting guise instead of sorcs+moon flair spell blade if you need both mpen and tenacity. You sacrifice 1/8 ap to get each hp (25 ap to get 200 hp) with this setup, which is more efficient than the trade off in runes (1/5.25 ap to get each ap, 4.95 ap for 26 hp)

Hi Wstrice! I'm a huge fan of you mostly because of your Akali xD
I've followed this guide and its perfect, however I use these runes:

Maks: 7x AD + 2x Magic Pen
Seals: HP per level
Glyphs: 7x flat AP + 2x MResist flat
Quint: 2x AP flat + 1x HP flat

With those runes and 21/9 masteries (Picking up the 3 AD masteries and then the regular AP route) you have both buffs at lvl 1 and a bit more tankyness
