Introduction
Well I would like to welcome you to my first guide ever. I understand that Fiora just came out recently and why would I make a build so quickly? In all actuality I plan on making this a WIP build as I continue to experiment and try new things out. I also want to make this build so people can understand how and why Fiora can do the things she can do.

Yes this is a jungle based build for Fiora. Why did I choose to do this? Well playing around I tried to solo top with her. Not much luck do to low health and was usually faced against hard hitters that can harass better than I can. I found my niche in the jungle. Yes it's like a Master Yi jungle, but with a slightly better ganking potential. Which I will explain later.
Masteries
Honestly this can go either way depending on your play style. I like to do the 9-21-0 build for better sustain since Fiora is a melee up in your face character. But that also goes with my play style. I am more of an aggressive player and sustain is what I need more than the extra damage that can be covered by items. If your more of a passive player 21-9-0 is a option to do as well.
Again this is play style more than me telling you what to do. I have had many success with this build that I have with my play style.

I Use The:
Mark: 9 Flat Attack Damage
Seals: 9 Flat Armor
Glyphs: 9 Magic Resist LvL 18
Quintessences: 3 Attack Damage

This will give
15 Physical Dmg
13 Armor
24 Magic Resist at level 18

This is my build I use because it is very versatile. Helps with sustain and jungle as well as the early attack damage. No point in having huge damage if you can't stay in the fight longer than 3 hits. The term I like to use for those type of players is called "Glass Cannon" which I see a lot of. Not just with Fiora but any AD Carry.

Again my runes is for my play style if you want all flat runes or scaling that's up to you. Or switching out the Marks for Armor Pen. or switching out the Quints with Armor Pen. doesn't hurt as well.
Summoner Spells
[summoners/smite.png][summoners/ghost.png]

Explanation:

Well Smite is obvious for a jungle. Weather or not you need it should not be a option in your head. Even late game it will secure Dragon and Baron.

Now this is optional and based on play style. Ghost. Why do I pick this over other spells? Well for starters its great for ganking. If your facing against any decent team, they will be warding. No point in flash if you can't get them before they know your coming. Also ghost is more versatile for Fiora.

Actual Example:
Bottom lane over pushed, I came from river as they were running back I was able to land my E->Q. The AD Carry flashed away with only 40 hp. I then Ghost and since my E was also giving me additional speed boost I was able to secure the kill and run out of turret range and was able to Q again on the support for a double kill. And walking in with 25% HP. I started with 75% HP

Now like I have been saying I am more of an aggressive player and because of of my masteries and runes I was able to sustain turret hits at level 3 as well as the support trying to kill me.
Skills
[skills/fiora/p.png] Passive: Duelist

Fiora regenerates health over 6 seconds each time she deals damage. Striking champions will cause this effect to stack up to 4 times.

Explanation:

This is extremely huge in not just jungling but also sustain in team fights. I'm currently doing the math on this on a per level basis. But a quick type about this, Passive + Life Steal items is extremely good.

[skills/fiora/q.png] Q: Lunge

Fiora dashes forward to strike her target, dealing physical damage. Fiora can perform the dash a second time within a couple seconds at no mana cost.
Fiora dashes forward to strike her target, dealing 40/65/90/115/140 (+60% attack damage) physical damage.

Fiora can perform the dash a second time within 4 seconds at no mana cost.
Cost 60 Mana

Range 600

Explanation:

Long CD on this but is great to close the gap during ganking and targeting AD Carries in team fights. This also procs your E ability as well for the burst in speed. Because you can do this ability twice you can really close the gap if you hit a minion and than go for the enemy champ after.

[skills/fiora/w.png] W: Riposte

Fiora's Attack Damage is increased. When activated, Fiora parries the next basic attack and reflects magic damage back to the attacker. Works against champions, monsters, and large minions.
Passive: Fiora's Attack Damage is increased by 15/20/25/30/35.

Active: Fiora parries the next basic attack within 1.5 seconds and reflects 60/110/160/210/260 (+100% ability power) magic damage back to the attacker. Works against champions, monsters, and large minions.
Cost 45 Mana

Range 20

Explanation:

This works extremely well against many auto attacking champs and jungling. This is a nice ability for not just jungling but if you are being chased it will save you, which it has done for me numerous times.

[skills/fiora/e.png] E: Burst of Speed

Fiora temporarily gains additional Attack Speed. Each basic attack or Lunge she lands during this time increases her Movement Speed. Killing a champion refreshes the cooldown on Burst of Speed.
Fiora gains 60/75/90/105/120% additional Attack Speed for 3 seconds. Each basic attack or Lunge she lands during this time increases her Movement Speed by 7/9/11/13/15% for 3 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.

Killing a champion refreshes the cooldown on Burst of Speed. (Assists reduce the cooldown by half of the base amount.)
Cost 55 Mana

Range 500

Explanation:

This is a very powerful ability. It clears jungle really fast but also the speed boost will help with ganking. the combo for ganking is E->Q. The Q(lunge) will proc the speed boost from your E and will keep you with your target as they are running away.

[skills/fiora/r.png] R: Blade Waltz

Fiora dashes around the battlefield to deal physical damage to enemy champions. Successive strikes against the same target deal less damage.
Fiora dashes around the battlefield striking random champions 5 times for 160/330/500 (+120% attack damage) physical damage. Successive strikes against the same target deal 25% damage.

The first and last attack will be against the same target. Each strike applies on-hit effects.
Cost 100 Mana

Range 400

Explanation:

This is just like Master Yi's Q ability but is champion only. Untargetable while this is active and also procs per champion. Consider this as an AOE attack. Target the enemies squishiest or lowest health champ and it is a guaranteed kill because whoever your start it on will end on even with the reduced damage I have watched their health disappear.

Skill Order
Now this is still the biggest WIP I would say about this champ. But I feel as if this is based on play style. I start with E: Burst of Speed because this is start my passive and can clear the jungle really quickly. After that I get my W: Riposte mainly for clearing jungle and reducing incoming damage. Next I get my Q: Lunge not so much for additional jungle damage but for ganking purpose. Now that you are level 3 this is completely up to you.

I fully level up my [skills/fiora/w.png] first because of the additional attack damage if gives me.

I fully level up my [skills/fiora/q.png] second because it does have a long cool down and the sooner you can do it to either close in or get away the better, both good for offensive and defensive

I fully level up my [skills/fiora/e.png] last because the attack speed the level 1 of this does enough attack speed to do what you need it for. You wont notice the 15% per level and the movement speed, assuming you have ghost, wont be much of a issue as well.

Now don't think I haven't tried different routes. I have tried the different ways and this has been the best outcome since the extra damage in the jungle never hurts as well as the riposte active effect dealing more damage.
Item Builds
Item build can vary depending on who you are facing against. But there is the core build items.
First get [items/wriggles-lantern.png]. The Unique Passive on this item is invaluable for a AD jungler. The free wards plus the damage to minions for clearing jungle fast is great.
Boots are depending on the opposite team, I usually do [items/mercurys-treads.png] for the Tenacity and additional MR. I haven't really used the [items/ninja-tabi.png] or [items/berserkers-greaves.png], I don't feel as if these are that great because most likely they have some sort of CC.
I do rush the [items/the-bloodthirster.png] as my third item due to attack damage and additional life steal with the wriggles.
Next I work on my [items/trinity-force.png] starting with [items/sheen.png] than [items/phage.png] or vice versa depending on other team comp.
Now its time for better sustain. I get the [items/warmogs-armor.png] because it gives great HP boost and can last in fights even again AP. With [items/warmogs-armor.png] with full stacks will give Fiora around 3400 HP. Next is for [items/atmas-impaler.png]. This is due to the Warmog's effects and has done very well.
Now you have all 6 slots filled. You can choose to sell wriggle's for another AD item, depending on how tanky or damaging the other team is I might save for a [items/madreds-bloodrazor.png] or another [items/the-bloodthirster.png]. This option can be best fit for your play style and the enemy team comp is.
Final Comments
Like I said this is a WIP in progress. I will be uploading videos of gameplays with commentary. I made this to help everyone understand a little more about this new Champion that I feel will be very devastating played by the right player. I would like to hear constructional feedback instead of trolling feedback. Since we are here to get better at this game. If you have any insight about this character that I haven't added please let me know so I can make this guide helpful to both the first time player to the veteren player. I will be updating this on a weekly basis until I feel this is really complete.
