haniblecter, that's only if he's wrong about attack speed being bad after hitting 1.0. Otherwise, it'd be great (and it has a 61% winrate, which makes me think the 1.0 AS thing is wrong)

How rigorously have you tested your attackspeed section? Of all the items commonly bought on nautilus, wit's end has the highest winrate. This is surprising, considering you say that wit's end on a standard runeset will lower your damage.
So i got in a custom with a friend and tried it out. I'm not positive, but I did my best to count damage ticks and it seemed awfully like getting over 1.0 AS didn't make me lose out on any ticks. Or if anything, I got to keep much more than half the ticks and only rarely did one get lost.
Thanks for guide. Little thing to add - even though Naut's ult is targetable, it can be dodged with certain skills, such as Fiora's, Zed's and Shaco's ults, Fizz's jump, Yi's alpha strike, Elise's jump. Vi's ult will also prevent her from being stunned, but she'll still take the damage (which obviously is not the primary use of ult). Not a big deal, but some people can be confused because of this.
P.S. I wonder if Naut's ult'll follow Shen's ult all across the map, hehehe.

Building wits end does make you a little less tanky, so don't build it when you really need to be tanky. It does increase your clear speed dramatically though, and makes you more of a threat later on. It also allows you to apply your passive to everyone in a team fight faster.
Really nice guide! I enjoy a lot reading the part about as' trick with w. I have never thought about it! However, dunno if it worth it. Doesn't buying a wit's end make u a little bit less tanky? I mean, Nauti's goal is to slow and keep enemies there and possibly to be the tank. Imho building more damage is useless. I'll try :D
Thanks for reading Escrocs. Hes definitely somewhat team reliant, but I find him great in most solo-queue situations because most people can take advantage of his ganks and ability to lockdown and enemy for forever.
With the 'new' ninja tabi, you're referring to the fact that ninja tabi reduce minion auto-attacks by 10% again? If so, I don't think it really affects him either way. Like you said, mobility is too strong on him in early/mid game, but also after his first clear or two, he is fine in the jungle (and you won't have tabi by then regardless). I would say just continue with boots of mobility and only switch them when you get to lategame (and have almost a full build otherwise) and need the AA dmg reduction, tenacity, or movespeed/slow reduction from other boots.
Nice guide Skullkid, I played Naut extensively in mid season 2. Followed your guide and went 6/0/6. His clear time with the new jungle changes (as of 1/15/13) is still slow, but he makes up for it in stupid strong ganks. I think in order for Naut to be successful you need to have the right team comp. I have yet to try the new ninja tabis on him either, mainly because mobility is just too strong mid game.

IMO he should be built something like..
machete -> (Optional mobility boots)-> spirit stone -> Iron locket -> Spirit of golem -> Warmogs -> Rylais (Optional if doing good) -> Frozen heart
