I really appreciate this guide but will this ever get updated with recent item and champion updates?

Hey! I just registered myself and i want to take the oppotunity to say that your guide is really good. A few things need more details/updating but i think you are aware of that already. Cho'gath is my absolute favorite champion, and i hardly ever lose in toplane when i get to play him. That i ever got to this level of play with him is thanks to this guide of yours back in season 2, so thank you very much! After i gained my own experience i no longer follow your guide 100%, but it is still VERY useful to read your thoughts on how to play Cho. Only things i would like to point out are these: You should update with respect to the changes to canivore, seeing as this is so important for him in lane. And, i think your matchup section should be extended. A lot of relevant matchups are missing (fx kha'zix, jayce, kayle) and the matchups you already have could use a few more details (fx mention Renekton's ability to double dash which is important for knowing when to rupture). That's all the comments i had, i will keep checking your guide whenever i see it has been updated.

how do you face kayle as cho? she has good harass early game and her ulti counters urs and she kinda hybrid she build health first or armor or? also would roa do good against her?

also why start off with q not e? e makes last hitting easier decent lvl 1 dmg and well doesnt cost any mana

what do u guys think about iceborn galunet on cho? also what about the new item zephyer as opposed to wits end? trades off some mr and wits end passive but gives tenactity and cdr and movement speed buff.

i think you should your say about the new glacial shroud item frozen fists or whatever i find them more useful unless you are the main tank or really behind against an ad top.
