Introduction
Hello, My name is DarkHollowz and i've been playing Jayce alot recently.

He is a very fun champion to play you can pull off amazing combos with all or his abilities.

You can play Jayce as a Melee/Ranged AD Carry/Bruiser and Jungler.

Jayce has a high skill cap so if your new to the game why dont you try out some other champion.
Masteries
I run a 21/9/0 Mastery Page because Jayce has a good early game harass so i try to maximize that early game power with this mastery page.


You can also go a 9/21/0 if ur playing Jayce but with no damage.
For Jayce i run a basic AD rune page with consists of 9x Greater Mark Of Desolation, 9x Greater Seal Of Resilience , 9x Greater Glyph Of Warding And 3x Greater Quintessence Of Strength.

You can run other types of runes for Jayce but i haven't tryed it out yet and will try out different in future updates.
Summoner Spells

Explanation:


I run these summoner spells for Jayce because i play Jayce as an off tanky AD carry.

I get flash because when your in a sticky situation you can use your [skills/jayce/e.png]to get away from your opponent and flash over the wall if you have to.

I also get teleport because since you playing as an AD Bruiser u can tank and push towers more better than other AD Carrys.


You can also get other summoner spells like:[summoners/exhaust.png][summoners/ghost.png][summoners/heal.png]

Dont get[summoners/clairvoyance.png][summoners/smite.png] YOU ARE NOT A JUNGLER OR AN SUPPORT.
Skills
[skills/jayce/p.png] Passive: Hextech Capacitor

Jayce gains 40 movement speed for 1.25 seconds and ignores unit collision each time Transform is cast.

Explanation:

This passive deals tins of damage when you transform to either your mercury cannon or your mercury hammer form.




[skills/jayce/q.png] Q: To the Skies! / Shock Blast

- To the Skies!

Jayce leaps to an enemy, dealing physical damage to his target and to enemies in the area, slowing them for 2 seconds.


- Shock Blast

Fires an orb of electricity that detonates upon hitting an enemy or reaching the end of its path, dealing physical damage to all enemies in the area of the explosion.

If Shock Blast is fired through an Acceleration Gate, the area of effect, missile speed and range will be increased, and its damage will increase by 40%.


Explanation:



This skill is a gap closer you can use this skill walk in front of your enemy and knock them back with your E.


[skills/jayce/w.png] W: Lightning Field / Hyper Charge

- Lightning Field

(Passive): Jayce regenerates mana each time he strikes an enemy while in Hammer Stance.
(Active): Creates an electric aura, dealing magic damage over 4 seconds to nearby enemies.


- Hyper Charge

(Active): Jayce gains a burst of energy, increasing his attack speed to maximum for 3 attacks. These attacks deal varied damage depending on rank.


Explanation:



If people invest a point into this skill at level 1 it means they are jungling and it is also usefu for the mana it gives back through your basic attacks.


[skills/jayce/e.png] E: Thundering Blow / Acceleration Gate

- Thundering Blow

Deals magic damage equal to a base amount plus a percentage of the target's maximum health, knocking the target back a short distance. This damage is capped against monsters.


- Acceleration Gate

Deploys an Acceleration Gate for 4 seconds, increasing the movement speed of all allies who pass through it for 3 seconds. This bonus fades over the duration.


Explanation:


This skill does tons of damage and provides some good utility



[skills/jayce/r.png] R: Transform: Mercury Cannon / Transform: Mercury Hammer

- Transform: Mercury Cannon

Transforms the Mercury Hammer into the Mercury Cannon, gaining new abilities and ranged attacks.
The next attack in Cannon Stance reduces the enemy's armor and magic resist for 5 seconds.


- Transform: Mercury Hammer

Transforms the Mercury Cannon into the Mercury Hammer, gaining new abilities and bonus armor and magic resist.
The next attack in Hammer Stance deals additional magic damage.

Final Comments
Overall Jayce is a highly mobile champion which can be melee and ranged he can be weakened out and killed by people with lots of crowd control like[champ/lux.png].

Jayce is a very fun champion to play if your good with champions like Jayce give him a go he is AWESOME!

    Do you know that trinity and frozen mallet are kinda bad together because the slow effect cant stack? :P
