Patch Updates
Alright, the "new" volibear patch "just" hit and i can say right off the bat that jungle Twitch was nerfed pretty hard and heres pros/cons.

Pros
  • A bit faster jungle
  • Marginally safer jungling

Cons
  • Other junglers jungle WAYYY to fast now
  • Other junglers will constantly have full hp, rendering them ungankable in the jungle
  • Since other junglers can jungle more easily you are alot more easily counter jungled
  • Since other junglers jungle faster, you failing a gank will set you FAR FAR FAR behind

I still will not redo the video as there really is barely any difference and its just a bit faster.
Introduction
Hey, im Arcainzor and i currently play at Mid ELO on the EU server, but I've got a VERY good grasp of this game tho, so lets start off with...

"Why the f*** would you play Jungle Twitch?"

Well, I do watch ALOT of streams and tournaments, and i heard saintvicious joking about "Jungle Twitch" and some rumors that he actually DID it at his ELO, which i just laughed at and moved on

And then, playing a ranked game i got this horrible team that didnt communicate at all and trolled with horrible picks, so i raged and picked jungle twitch. In loading screen i thought my myself "WTF did i just do" and "Maybe i can work this out", so i decided to try it out and carried the game so hard that the other team ragequit.

"*glances at item build* Wait a minute...you play tanky dps Twitch!?"

Yep, Twitch has a retardedly low range so building him similar to Teemo would be ideal, but i still like to take the tankiness to the max and your team will alredy have an AD carry and tons of damage, so rather than trying to mash some faces aswell and risk them stacking armor so hard up your face that your carry will be worse, why not take the standard jungler role as tanky dps? You still do tons of damage (Just like tanky dps), can slow, have your Q give you tons of AS to increase your DPS and you have a nice splash ultimate that'll make you still contribute tons to a teamfight.
Pro's and Con's with Jungling Twitch
I've always been a fan of roaming, but the fact that the other bot laner gets so CS starved and you can get ganked and shut down SO hard, that it just stopped being so awesome that it was before people knew how to counter it properly, BUT theres a way to get past that, by having your roamer jungle you'll have your regular lanes, an OK jungler and still cash in a ton of kills with your "roamer"

Pro's
  • You are pretty much guaranteed a First Blood
  • You will have a stealth character that can scout if their oracle is dead
  • You can steal buffs extremely well
  • At least one enemy lane will be CS starved due to your constant ganks
  • You can roam without risking any lanes dying

Con's
  • Can be countered by playing HARDCORELY careful and pinkwarding
  • Does not benefit as hard from getting fed
  • Has a relatively weak jungle before Wriggle's

FOR 21/9/0 MASTERIES

FOR 0/21/9 MASTERIES

All pretty self explanatory

AS Reds to jungle faster
Armor Yellows to not get raped
AS Blues to jungle faster
ArP Quints/1 Mark to get that 12+ ArPen to maximize your damage in the jungle

Masteries
At first i thought Twitch would be really tricky with these new masteries, but he got buffed pretty hard to be honest.
There are two main mastery builds you would be going for and there is not that much of a difference it all just boils down to personal preference.

Skills
[skills/alistar/r.png] Hidden Passive: Global Taunt

Twitch has a hidden passive called "Global Taunt" that will make the enemy team stop whatever theyr currently doing no matter what and try to kill you if your pushing.

Explanation: Best passive in the game in my opinion

[skills/twitch/p.png] Passive: Deadly Venom

Twitch's attacks infect the target with Deadly Venom, which deals damage each second, stacks up to 6 times, and lasts up to 8 seconds.

Explanation: An amazing passive that deals TRUE F****IN DAMAGE and will secure you so many kills, at max rank it does 480 on its own over 8 seconds, but you'll mostly benefit off this with your other abilities

[skills/twitch/q.png] Q: Ambush

After 1.25 seconds, Twitch becomes stealthed for 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 seconds. If Twitch attacks a unit while Stealthed, he gains 30 / 45 / 60 / 80 / 100% attack speed for up to 10 seconds, depending on how long he was stealthed before attacking.

Cooldown 11seconds
Cost 60mana
Range 20

Explanation: Pretty much your bread and butter, useful for everything from ganking to escaping

[skills/twitch/w.png] W: Debilitating Poison

Slows nearby enemy champions' move speed by 30%, plus 6% per Deadly Venom they have. 2.5 / 3.25 / 4 / 4.75 / 5.25 second duration.

Cooldown 10seconds
Cost 80mana
Range 200

Explanation: A very good slow that has a HUGE range and slows everyone in range, mandatory for ganks

[skills/twitch/e.png] E: Expunge

Deals 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+100% of ability power) magic damage to each nearby poisoned enemy, plus 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 additional damage per stack of Deadly Venom applied to them.

Cooldown 8seconds
Cost 90mana
Range 200

Explanation: Oh expunge, the "Oh you thought you'd get away?" spell that will nuke for huge amounts if you stack up your passive

[skills/twitch/r.png] R: Spray and Pray

Twitch gains 15 / 25 / 35 attack damage and his attacks become long range line missiles for 12 seconds, dealing 100% damage and poisoning all enemies hit. During this duration, a maximum of 5 / 6 / 7 missiles can be fired.

Cooldown 105 / 90 / 75seconds
Cost 150mana
Range 1200

Explanation: A somewhat nice ultimate, in teamfights it will do a bunch of splash damage and can be used to catch runners, the only problem is that IT CAN BE DODGED, if people move just 1 centimeter TO THE SIDE it wont hit them

A perfect skillset for your needs

Item Builds
Now, my item build varies extremely from game to game, but i'll try to explain the basics

In the TLDR Item build section i put it like this:

Starting Items: cloth-armor[items/health-potion5.png]

Early Game Core Items: wriggles-lanternberserkers-greavesthe-black-cleaver

Against Heavy AP: wits-endforce-of-naturebanshees-veil

Against Heavy AD: wardens-mailranduins-omensunfire-cape

Mid to Late Game Core Items: frozen-malletwarmogs-armoratmas-impaler

Luxury Items: the-bloodthirsterinfinity-edge

If you really need that kick NAOW: dorans-blade

While this is pretty much correct, your build will vary alot depending on your and their team comp, take for example [items/the-black-cleaver.png], it is a very good item for Twitch, but if your team alredy has tons of damage, your carry got fed or you just need to get alot more tanky overall, you can skip that item. I skip it most of the time but i still think it fills the job as a core item if everything goes to plan.

"Why Berserker's Greaves?"

While both Mobility and Mercury treads are strong picks, you need to stay on-par with your damage, and mobility boots doesnt secure kills, greaves does. Sure Mercury treads is awesome with the sick tenacity, i still like my Beserker's greaves seeing as how most of the time you wont get focused. But if their cc really is just sickening and your being focused, for the love of Teemo, just grab that merc treads.
Skill Order
[skills/twitch/e.png][skills/twitch/q.png][skills/twitch/w.png][skills/twitch/e.png][skills/twitch/q.png][skills/twitch/r.png][skills/twitch/e.png][skills/twitch/e.png][skills/twitch/e.png][skills/twitch/q.png][skills/twitch/r.png][skills/twitch/q.png][skills/twitch/q.png][skills/twitch/w.png][skills/twitch/w.png][skills/twitch/r.png][skills/twitch/w.png][skills/twitch/w.png]

Max [skills/twitch/e.png] first to maximize your damage, and then [skills/twitch/q.png] to have you stealth for longer and give you that massive AS boost, pick up [skills/twitch/r.png] when you can and finish off with maxing [skills/twitch/w.png]
Jungling
Start off with Blue Golem, get a nice man leash from your Mid and Solo laner and get it to 800-900 health, pop expunge, smite and it should die. It should barely hit you, but once it does pop your health potion. Once its dead, kill the other two golems, skill [skills/twitch/q.png] and move over to wolves

Just focus the big wolf and pop expunge once its low enough, kill the other wolves, keep popping your health pots. Once theyr all dead pop [skills/twitch/q.png] and rush over to wraith camp

Just focus the big wraith and expunge it down, then start saving mana and kill the other wraiths while you keep popping health pots.

Now heres where it differs from other jungle routes, head towards the mid brush, pop your stealth, get behind the enemy and ping 4-17 times depending on the IQ and reaction speed of your mid-laner and start nuking down their mid laner popping your W at when they start trying to run (usually at 2-3 stacks) and E once theyr too far to auto attack and congratz, you just got your team First Blood
If you know their jungler`s speed and route you can now steal the red buff from them if your support helps you with a nice CV or maybe try to waste a flash at bot (Theres like 30% chance that you'll get a kill at bot).

I'll explain what you should do next in the Early-Mid-Late game chapters
Early Game
If your gank at mid worked you should now have enough gold for vampiric scepter and a couple of health potions, If you even managed to steal red and kill them, you can buy boots also. If both ganks failed, suck it up, buy boots and some potions. If your gank failed try to gank some more. If it worked you can gank some more if top is pretty low or bot is low and pushing or just jungle some more, get levels and red buff.
Mid Game
You should just continue on doing your job as a jungler, ward their buffs, jungle, take dragon (with your team), farm some in your jungle, gank if you can and steal their buffs
Late Game
This is where playing twitch gets a bit tricky, where people will almost always have oracles and there will be mass teamfights. What you should do is try to scout them up and BAIT using your hidden passive. Just running around farming with your team right behind you can win so many games so easily.

If your flash is up, they dont have an oracle and your really beefy, you can split push, just be sure that your team cant get initated 4v5, like if they have an Ashe or Amumu

Obviously do baron when you can, if their main source of damage is farming bot or you just killed 3 of them.
Team Fights
You should be pretty tanky in teamfights, but still you are an AD Ranged champion, so try to sit back, nuke people with your ultimate, expunge and

SLOW PEOPLE

For the love of Teemo, do it in teamfights, help those AP carries of yours kite around and let that Singed catch people, just do it.

As i said, you should be pretty beefy but your not that Udyr or Warwick over there, so try to play careful and utilize your stealth to max, meaning just hang around untill some of the enemy team's damage spells have been used then pop your ult and try to focus their squishies. Now, this isnt always a good idea as it can take some time and your team may alredy have had their faces melted. Using this tactic can make or break a teamfight, both ways.
Video Demonstration
After the new masteries obviously you can jungle way more fluently and faster, but i think this was a great demonstration and so i wont redo it.

The teamfight action is pretty horrible, but other than that it shows what you need to know
And no, i dont play with locked cam, it just makes it easier for me to record it

Final Comments
Thats basically how i play Twitch and im 100% sure its viable at any ELO, if you have any questions or arguments please put them in the comments.

so i totally agree with the need to build tanky on twitch. i didnt exactly use your build though, i did the bravery man build ( all 3 stackables, tri force, tiamat, and boots ) with my friend who was on Yorick. ended up going 10/3/8 with the other team rage quitting and yelling at us both. I had 20 stacks for all items and my expunge did like 1k dmg or so. and the reason im writing this is because i had 20 stacks of leviathan. i was so tanky they could not kill me haha, so kudos to your atmogs twitch, because tanky twitch is OP.

The correct starting item is doran's blade. The correct runes are 6% lifesteal, 15 armor penetration, 5.7% attack speed, 13 armor. The correct masteries are 24/6. I just stole a dragon with smite while writing this. The correct summons are smite ignite/exhaust.

Ive been playing this the last few days and Ive found it really helpful to start at red --> gank mid --> health pot up and go to blue. This works great since you will be ganking with red buff instead of blue, and by time you are done with a gank your smite will be up for blue.

@Nu11 Most people EXPECT a twitch gank at that time, and if you spend an extra minute doing my route they think your not ganking and then POW

    Hey Arcainzor,
could you upload your video on another hoster, like vimeo, myvideo or clipfish?

Unfortunately, I'm from Germany, and over here, we got a fedaral corporation called GEMA, which bans youtube-videos for people with German IP, if there is music in it, that is copyrighted -.-

Of course, I'm able to bypass it, but when bypassed, I cannot chose the video's quality, so I got the lowest, which doesn't let me tell what's going on = /
