-NO IE. Blood Thirstier is second item after Brutalizer. Then go tankier. Frozen Mallet only if you're winning already, if not probably a Frozen Heart is the best next item and finish with GA and another tany item. Merc boots are almost a must get unless they have 3+ auto attackers then get ninja tabi.
