I think it's best, to start at BLUE, because you need the mana for your spells. After that you go on WULVES, GHOSTS, GOLEMS/RED. With five healpots it's easy to get it all.
At your first trip back, you need to buy boots for better ganks, then you buy your items like you need it.
If you gank, its easier to be on third or fourth level, that you can hide urself for a VERY short time with your "w" spell, now the enemies are surprised!
