Begin with boots-of-speed and health-potion3

On the first trip back buy a tear-of-the-goddess and some more health-potion if you need it.

Then finish your sorcerers-shoes and start building a catalyst-the-protector

Buy a glacial-shroud and then finish your rod-of-ages if you are doing ok in lane.

Finishing your archangels-staff will greatly increase your damage output and build a frozen-heart for more tankyness against enemies with attack damage.

After this you should consider buying a will-of-the-ancients. This is really good if you have another AP champion on your team to get the double will-of-the-ancients.

Finish your build with either void-staff or guardian-angel or banshees-veil.
