BT is good definetely. I've been tinkering with blade of the ruined king some games and its definetely effective

I would say bloodthirster is a good replacement for Wriggles, if the wards from the sightstone are enough. But it depends also on the enemy team, if they have much Ap, you could have also build Maw of Malmortius. But i would say Lee Sin should have some sustain so the bloodthirster would be my first choice.

Hi I have a similar build thats kind of a mix between yours and TheOddOne. I build latern, merc treads, red sightstone (best item ever), black cleaver, frozenmallet and randuins most time. My maseries are 9/21/0, so i get 8% armor pen. My runes are AD Quints ,armor pen marks, armor seals and mr glyhps. My elo i currently play in a 1250-1350 elo range.

I just had game where i had this full build and was thinking about selling the latern. I didn't want to sell the sightstone because the vision was just helping my team so much.

What would you replace the latern with?

Thought about Bloodthirster, Warmogs, Atams (because of my high hp),Hextech Gunblade. or mabey just leave it like that?

I think you also need to rework your mastery page... for example:
Why spend 3 Mastery points on utter crap "Legendary Armor" - 5 % of your bonus armor (as an example) with full suggested item build (Randuins + Bulwark, and I know items are still work in progress in your guide) you'd get an epic 5,6 armor (112 bonus armor).
"Juggernaut" on the other hand would give you 40 HP, even if you only got Warmogs and no other HP items....

This is just the most obvious point I'd change in masteries.

brokenshard have you ever tried cloth+ward+pots start? i find it very succesfull to ward their wraiths, get smiteless blue pull and then take their red and then kill them at their wraiths if they are low enough
