First of all I'd like to mention that this guide is based upon high elo matches and experiences, have a good read.

Kha'Zix is an assasin with alot of burst potential multiple times in the same (short) fight.
I picked up Kha'Zix as a fun2play champion while screwing around in a normal game with friends and the result was astonishing. Instakilling carries by just easily jumping on them, getting a reset, and getting out of there like it was nothing. Stealth behind the enemy front line to nuke that ap mid and just stealth again when you are receiving their agro. Lots and lots of possibilities with the insanely OP Kha'Zix, an absolute Solo Queue crusher.

For runes I'm going extremely offensive while having my resistences aswell:

• Marks: x9 Flat AD
• Seals: x9 Flat Armor
• Glyphs: x4 Flat MR, x5 MR/LVL
• Quintessences: x3 Flat AD

This rune page will get you:
Physical Damage: + 15
Armor: +13
Magic Resist: +5.4
Magic Resist at lvl 18: +13.7

The AD will help you alot in the early game.
The Armor is necesarry, always.
The Magic Resist glyphs are split up depending on your lane opponent.

The use of masteries has been new to me since the season 3 masteries aren't even in the game yet.
But this is what looks most familiar with my old mastery page consisting of a 16/7/7 page.

The point of this mastery page is being as tanky and strong as possible in the early levels to become a bully in lane and snowball from that point.

Taking ignite for an even higher damage output is the best way to go.
Flash is just awesome overall. The amount of mobility you'll have with flash up is crazy. No carries will be safe.

Kha'Zix is a champion that can Evolve one of his skills every time he can level up his ultimate. 6/11/16.

Leveling up normally will be R>W>Q>E for maximal sustain in lane and a huge damage output while having alot of mobility later on.

Evolving however goes different.
You get to have three evolves, (unless you kill rengar and get the 4th), and those will be like this:

W=>Q=>E

This way you will have a massive damage output while being able to sustain yourself at the start. And when the huge teamfights come up you can jump around like nobody else does.

The item build is almost always a copy of the one in this guide. I will tell you more about it in depth.
