Hybrid pen marks fall off late game pretty hard and I find them not great for top lane (where most start with armor yellows and MR blues). The 5 MPen can be nice with AP/void staff builds but I find early game they don't deliver

I just wanted to say that this guide hit me in a lot of my nerdy happy spots. I really appreciated the number crunching and the spelled out reasoning for the choices you made. Some of them may be controversial, which I like even more.

Anyhow, the complete lack of "Dont do that it sucks, kai tnx bai" and in inclusion of "I don't think you should do that because it's not as optimal as this, and here is my analysis why." is pretty awesome. I wish more guides were built like this.

Your list of high elo teemo players is missing me (Feel the Teemo), is missing The Rain Man, and is missing Whoosh1

Don't give up, there are many pros who consistently play and win as Teemo. Try different builds -- this guide isn't the only way to play Teemo. If you're playing against a high HP team, try getting both Liandry as well as BotRK. You can also try a tank teemo build --> Dorans, Mallet, Zephyr.

Im giving up on teemo. I cannot be worthwhile consistently. Either I snowball to a early Laundry's and Deathcap, or I struggle all game and usually become useless. Not sure how to 'always' be an effective teemo going all AP. Also any suggestion on how to counter high HP teams; seems everyone is using the new HP meta. I dont have an answer for that with teemo yet.

just played teemo as a support against draven. it's really effective since draven really wants to be the king of the bot lane early game but he can't handle the blind and the poison lol. they ran out of pots very fast and in the final fight at their nexus everyone focused me (global taunt OP), while my carry melted them all =).
