Updates.

16.12.12 (12.16.12) Added another guide, Beefy-Assassin, and a chapter section for each guide.

17.12.12 (12.17.12) Added the Jungling section, an tiny section for an more extensive guide and added the Items that you shouls concider and items that people THINK is good on Rengar but ISNT!

27.12.12 (12.27.12) Did some gramamr fixing and made some of it MORE extensive than it really is.

Build 1 explanation. ``how to delete``

The build is JUST for fast an effective killing of 1 target at-a-time.
The BIG BIG minus is that you have to wait for [items/sword-of-the-divine.png]

to be done on cooldown.
The build is also hard to use as you have to activate LOTS of items in-order for it to be good.
But at the end of the day the damage is redicilous, but watchout! Someone might delete you back. LOL

Build 2 explanation. The Predator in The Jungle.

Jungle Rengar or Jungar, is an medi-ocre jungler.
He is not as fast as [champ/udyr.png]

he doesent have the substain as [champ/warwick.png]

has,
He isnt as effective as [champ/shaco.png]

and not as good as [champ/skarner.png]

is BUT.
There is a mix of all of those, and that is [champ/rengar.png]

.
He is VERY good gank, he has very good substain because of W.
He`s ult is very good for ganking same whit the Passive.
He is very effective, just like Shaco, Rengar has slow (E) Leap (R and Passive) Very good damage (Q) and he has heal (W). He can also get away whit (R)!
All of these makes you an mix of all of those, The consistant damage of [champ/skarner.png]

The Slow and VERY good ganks of [champ/shaco.png]

The substain of [champ/warwick.png]

All of that makes Rengar ``The Predator in The Jungle``!

Build 3 Explanation. The Bouncer.

Rengar is on the tier whit [champ/darius.png]

and

when it come`s to Bruiser`s.
Whit other words you are fairly squishy for a bruiser.
Rengar has: Heal, good damage, good slow, and escape-ablility. Like [champ/jax.png]

and

Bruiser Rengar is very good and easy to play and doesent really need too much explanation because its so basic but i will say this, The troublemakers will hate you.
allthough [champ/trundle.png]

still better as bruiser.

Build 5 explanation. Aprengar GEEZUZ

Build 5-6 Explanation. TheHiredOne (trololo)

This is 2 builds, Beefy Assassin and The Assassin.
Whit The Assassin i went for Damage and Cooldown Reduction for Savagery Spammery.
Its an easier version of the ``delete`` build that still works very good.
The point whit Assassins is to target an squishy champion and kill the fast and get out fast and for that we need lots of damage and i mean lots of it! whit the ``delete`` build you can kill the normal AP Caster in about 1-2 seconds but whit The Assassins its more like 2-3 seconds which still is fast.
You just need 4/5 ferocity and be in a bush/ulti, you jump to the target and Q-Q-W-E and they should be dead.
The Beefy Assassin is the same but whit a little more substain in thought, it gives AMAZING damage whit AMAZING substain but its not as effective as THe Assassin and ``delete`` is but still is.
It generally works better in teamfights than the other does.

Items that you SHOULD concider and some items that people think is good on Rengar but ISNT!

Im going to list some items that are good on Rengar:

is good on any bruiser but you need [items/frozen-mallet.png]

in order for it to be good.

is good but not worth losing any items for! DONT GET IT!!

[items/boots-of-mobility.png]

They are very good for initiating and running away.

[items/boots-of-swiftness.png]

Very good boots, they make it harder for the enemy to cath up whit and AND makes it easier for YOU to cath up whit them, its very good whit [items/frozen-mallet.png]

This is basicly the best enchant and you should really take it!

[items/guardian-angel.png]

So good, LOTS of Armor and MR!

[items/hexdrinker.png]

Very good and an core component of [items/maw-of-malmortius.png]

Very good for Jungle Rengar, good for any jungler basicly.

[items/ionian-boots-of-lucidity.png]

SO good on Rengar, combine it whit [items/kindlegem.png]

and its Savagery-Spammery.

[items/kindlegem.png]

SO GOOD OMG best item on rengar, good health and cooldown reduction. It also can be made into [items/shurelyas-reverie.png]

and

both VERY good on Rengar in general.

[items/last-whisper.png]

Very good late game but only late as its not needed early game because they usaly start to stack armor later-on.

[items/locket-of-the-iron-solari.png]

Very good on Rengar you should definetly consider this.

[items/maw-of-malmortius.png]

Is very good, it gives lots of AD, MR and a spellshield basicly perfect for Bruiser Rengar.

[items/mercurial-scimitar.png]

OMG SO GOOD!! SO GOOD!!

[items/mercurys-treads.png]

Best bruiser boots as its hard to get lots of MR and it gives Tenacity!

[items/ninja-tabi.png]

Same as above but Mercury Treads are better in generall allthough take this instead if they have an fed ADC (attack damage carry)

[items/phage.png]

Very good as its the start of [items/frozen-mallet.png]

which is very good on Rengar.

[items/quicksilver-sash.png]

So good, no-mather which Rengar you are or which AD Caster you are (kha six, Talon, Greaves, Trundle etc.) get it because it can be made into [items/mercurial-scimitar.png]

SO GOOD lots of Armor and HP!

[items/ravenous-hydra.png]

Really good item especially on melee ADC ( attack damage carry) like [champ/masteryi.png]

So good, Rengar benefits from everything this item gives.

[items/spirit-visage.png]

This is sooooooooooooooo GOOD on Rengar as it gives HP MR and hes W Heal is INCREASED OMFG!!

[items/sunfire-cape.png]

very Very VEry VERy VERY good, allways concider it.

[items/the-black-cleaver.png]

Best. Item. Ever.

[items/the-bloodthirster.png]

Almost as good ss [items/the-black-cleaver.png]

ALLWAYS get this as it is an component of [items/the-black-cleaver.png]

and its CHEAP!

[items/thornmail.png]

Is very good on Bruiser Rengar, especially if combined whit [items/sunfire-cape.png]

, lots of armor and Bonus Damage.

[items/wardens-mail.png]

Very Cheap and the start of [items/randuins-omen.png]

Just get it, its so good on Bruiser Rengar.

[items/wriggles-lantern.png]

VERY VERY GOOD on Jungle Rengar.

[items/youmuus-ghostblade.png]

Lots of ArP (armor pen) and AD.

Now some items that people think is good on Rengar but really isnt!

It isnt worth trading something else for only if the enemy has an Kha` Six then MABEY because of the easter egg.

[items/trinity-force.png]

ISNT good on Rengar because there is SO SO MUCH that Rengar doesent benefit from on this item, its stupid to actally get it at all.

Early Game

Rengar`s early game is VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY YREV Strong.
Rengar is redicilously strong early game ecause of savagery at 5/5 Ferocity and Battle Roar which restores hp and sinse Rengar isnt mana reliant he does never ever have to leave lane. This makes you INCREDEBLY strong early.

Mid Game

Same as Early game rengar is VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY YREV Strong mid-game aswell.
same reasons as above but sinse Battle Roar damages all enemy`s around Rengar, he will most likely be very fed mid game because of high CS (creep score, creep kills).
This makes him very very good verging op.

Late Game

Basicly same as the above =] .
Rengar`s damage doesent drop of mid or late game, and that is AWESOME but seriously stay away from

he will pwn you and you cannot get close to him OR get away from him GEZUZ!

Runes so....

You can choose between MANY MANY runes but Rengar is under powered in only 1 way.. as of this guide update he has only 19 base Armor at LVL 1... That is LESS than Teemo and Ashe and any AD Carry in generall.
That is REDICILOUS for an Fighter/Bruiser, absolutely redicilous i mean WHAT IS RIOT THINKING OF!!? AND WHIT!?!?.. seriously.
So in generall stack some armor and take every armor increasing mastery and you should do fine.

Skills

Passive: Unseen Predator

Explanation:

Basicly this is what makes Rengar stand out, this is what makes him Anti-AD Carry/AP Carry.

Q: Savagery

Explanation:

When you are going into an fight make sure you have 4/5 Ferocity so you can attack the right target and killing him/her very quickly by Q-Q ing.
Ferocity isnt an Auto-Attack Damage spell, it is an ready up spell (i dont know how to explain it)
Like Nasus`s Q and Poppy`s Q, it readie`s UP for you`re next auto-attack.
At 5/5 Ferocity the damage is redicilously high.

W: Battle Roar

Explanation:

This is the spell that gives Rengar substain in lane, it also damages all enemy`s around Rengar.
At 5/5 ferocity it heals Rengar for 15% of he`s hp which is really good.
This is the only skill that Rengar has that scales whit AP.

E: Bola Strike

Explanation:

An basic ranged slow that also damages.
At 5/5 Ferocity it snares the target, very good if the jungler is coming in for gank.

R: Thrill of the Hunt

Explanation:

Not an particulary good ulti but it`s nice to use when starting an engagement as it make`s Rengar gain
5 Ferocity REALLY fast and also Rengar becomes invisible, like a stealth. This does activate hes passive
unseen predator, Rengar also moves faster, a lot faster.

OP Champions that you should stay away from!! (not all are op)

Ulti op as HELL!!!, Garen`s ulti should be the same but sinse Garen and Darius are nemesises they cannot be on the same team, and they do 10% extra damage to each-other, that is what RiotINC should do!!

he gets a little to much spell-vamp from he`s ult so yea.. other than that go for it!

if she has Sheen it GG because she will take away 40% of you`re hp nomather how much MR you have seriously, shes good but not OP just saying, don`t underestimate her just because she isn`t picked a-lot

[champ/masteryi.png]

NR1 Best AD Carry in the game but he is melee so.. also
[champ/warwick.png]

will wreck you..

[champ/malzahar.png]

if this dude ult`s you, you are dead if you haven`t got [items/quicksilver-sash.png]

he outdamages any melee champion for somereason, he owns try him! :D

[champ/teemo.png]

OP son of a gun..

out damages you..

[champ/shaco.png]

you will own him but hes anoying as hell!!

[champ/renekton.png]

will pwn you and outlane you..

[champ/olaf.png]

same as Renekton..

[champ/malphite.png]

equals, you both are effective VS eachother.

I only covered some champions that i see as a threat and that are broken and are equals to you and some that you will pwn.

Masteries

Masteries yes.
If you have read the ``runes so...`` part you would know that Rengar has toooooo low base armor so in generall when choosing masteries of any build i would recommend get armor if not against an 2 APC team, then get a little mix.
Also Legendary Armor So GOOD why arent people using it i mean seriously.

Summoner Spells

is op as hell and should be removed

is good and is balanced.

sometimes good!

Skill Order

There are many diffrent skill orders you can take im going to show 2.
One for max damage output and one for farming.

The Farming One.

This is the one that i would recommend because in the length this will benefit you more than early damage output.

Damage Out Put... One...
[skills/rengar/q.png]

This makes your early damage output really high but its not as good as the farming one as you will not get as fed later on meaning you will most likely have a harder time late game emaking you WEAK late game which we dont want now do we?.

Team Fights

Try picking out the AP and the AD when in a teamfight, they will do most damage and as you are Rengar.
You are anti AD/AP Carry.
Use W much, a lot.
Allways pick the squishiest high damage target.

If the enemy team has like a Veigar then attack him forexample, he is so strong in teamfights.
If the enemy team has a Renekton attack him because he is also redicilously high damage in teamfights.
(keep in mind that was just 2 out of many champions)

Jungling

SO jungling, the most important thing on a team.

OMG 1000 VIEW WOW, thats insane.
I hope you all think this guide is usefull and i will update it a lot in the future but i dont have much time, and i really dont see the point whit keeping to update it when no-one reads/likes/comment on anything. Soo yea.. but we will see! :D
