Farm as much as possible, don't try to face your enemy cuz of your high mana consume.
Abuse of your passive to farm.
Mid Game

Keep farming, it's very easy as Cho'gath, and roam, helping other lanes.
Try to stack your ulti to be unkillable.
Late Game

You must defend your ADC, peeling like a Boss. With your controls u should stop the enemy APC, and finally try to execute the enemy ADC.

    I'm sorry, but where exactly is the explanation for this? All i see is an item build and masteries/runes, the bare minimum for a guide. A bit more information than "This is good, it works for me, copy it" would actually make this guide worth the time to read.
