Good guide dude, I found out that if you don't level up ur E it will never happen that u cast it and stand still for a second. Got 100% win with this guide. Played 2 games.

CDR is capped at 40%, not 30%.

It's very obvious you commented on your own guide.
Something you should know is that CDR goes up to a cap, you can't go past 30%.
Also E is Olaf's bread and butter skill early game as it helps him win trades as Q is used for kiting and W is to sustain through lane and heal you back up after using E.
