I have built a Lichbane on Diana from day one. It just seemed logical and it works well. As for a gunblade, if you go top, I can see that possibly being viable. But as an AP Mid, I would avoid it.

Or if your team somehow has 3 APs and the enemy is stacking ridiculous amounts of MR.

Regi is an amazing player, but using R->E puts you about 800(units) away from your team and gets a PBAoE slow off; however, zhonya's does not last long enough for your team to catch up. If you are initiating with Diana, the team has to be 100% ready or people will nuke the APcarry - miscommunication sucks.

Hextech Gunblade isn't that useful fro Diana, because she dont burst magic skills like akali or ahri for example - i would prefer nashor's tooth

What do you think about Hextech Gunblade?

Seen Scarra and Voyboy rushing nashors and zhonyas then getting a lich bane... perhaps you could add to your items list?

Regi, why u dont use lich staff to diana? It works verry well with her passive.
