ITEM BUILD>
Starting items:
With season 3, you have more options to start with.
Start this for early pressure long-sword and health-potion2
If you're vs. a tough AD lane, go cloth-armor and health-potion5
Fortitude pot is nerfed, but is still strong,
so you can go elixir-of-fortitude health-potion3

Boots depend:
Vs ADninja-tabi

Vs APmercurys-treads

These are the only boots you should consider.

Core:
Edit: LEAGUE OF blade-of-the-ruined-king GET THIS NAO!
Rush the-brutalizer(extremely good on Lee Sin)
If you need sustain, go vampiric-scepter
Once you have the-brutalizer & blade-of-the-ruined-king, look below

Items to consider:

sunfire-cape hexdrinker the-bloodthirster randuins-omen warmogs-armor frozen-mallet last-whisper mercurial-scimitar

Upgrade the-brutalizer to the-black-cleaver when needed.
Why you should try this guide
[http://img62.imageshack.us/img62/4462/asdfasfw.png]

As you can see here, I am currently on a 10 - 2 win/lose ratio with Lee Sin, averaging with a KDA ratio of 6.4/2.6/7.2.
Introduction
Before you leave this guide, give it one game! Even though it may seem strange, you'll never know unless you try!It really works me wonders and it could change the way you play Lee Sin.

This guide was made for players who want to win in 1200 + games, not a high elo guide. It's inspired by cruzerthebruzer, waiting for an update on his guide ^^.

Leave feedback? I really want to know if this guide went well for you!
Masteries
Since the item build is rather damage, you'd want to get defense masteries; It really helps in lane and in teamfights.
Standard AD carry runes, works well on Lee Sin as well. The AD does more than you think; Lee Sin has a high base AD.
Summoner Spells
[summoners/flash.png][summoners/ignite.png]

Explanation:

Flash Ignite has been a popular pickup for a long time, it makes sense to get them since they are very strong.
Skill Order
Maxing shield first was never in mind to me, I saw cruzerthebruzer's guide and tried it, it works wonders. The shield blocks more than you think, your lane opponent will underestimate this first maxed.
Item Builds
Due to the Season 3 patch, bruisers are more built damage than tanky, which makes it hard(er) to position and should require more skill. The damage on these items work great on Lee Sin, even late game. Black Cleaver is getting nerfed, but it's still worth it.
For starting items, if you think you can get an early kill with [items/long-sword.png] [items/health-potion2.png], it'd go smoothly for your lane.
Things that can help:
Blue side: Take some wolves exp from your jungler.
Purple Side: Do wraiths
The quicker level 2 advantage will almost guarantee you a FB/Kill.
Don't be afraid to use [summoners/flash.png] / [summoners/ignite.png], the jungler won't clear fast enough to gank you.

EDIT: HP Pots nerfed to 5 at a time.
Early Game
Just watch for enemy ganks and try to farm better than your opponent.
Harassing with [skills/leesin/e.png] at low levels throw off your opponent.
You can even get off an AA or 2 and still deal more damage taken, due to your masteries.
If you excel at skill shots, use a simple [skills/leesin/q.png] / [skills/leesin/w.png] combo to harass.
[skills/leesin/w.png] can be used to freeze lanes, as well as [skills/leesin/e.png]
Mid Game
Around level 9-12 or so is when you can harass without taking damage. Due to his mobility level, you can wreck your opponent and still contain your CS. Mid game Lee Sin is horrifying, use this advantage and sh*t on your opponent. Early game should've been easy for this to apply. Late game goes with the Team Fight chapter.
Team Fights
Your goal is to take down the most fed one on the team, mostly being the mid lane or AD. Lee Sin counters all stealths and is a good follow up to the initiator, or can even be the initiator. Taking down the mid lane or AD can be great if you land that Resonating Strike; The armor pen deals TONS OF DAMAGE!
