Runes, masteries, and his passive, Q and E are still in need of work.

Remember to crop your runes and masteries pages. I hesitate to approve this guide because your item builds section is a bit unconventional but I don't think you have justified them enough yet. Consider an average Darius player reading that you rush Phage and Ravenous Hydra, he would probably downvote this guide. You have to assuage his concerns thoroughly with explanations with why you consider it a better choice than a standard build. You could also expand on your phases of the game section.

I understand its frustrating to be denied twice by the same moderator. If you want a second opinion, feel free to post in this thread to ask for a different critique: http://www.solomid.net/forums/index.php?/topic/37982-guide-critique-thread/

You need to expand further on your phases of the game section and skills section. Remember to justify your choices, in runes, masteries and item with in depth analysis. Offer alternatives and explain when and why. Shorten your item build section at the top. That is meant to be a quick cheat sheet, do your explanations in the items chapter.

I recommend that you format your guide a little bitter. Try to add an empty line between places that will make the guide less cluttered. (Ex: In your item build, add a new line after every image of the item that you are about to explain.) You can apply this to matchups as well. This is not necessary, but it makes the guide look cleaner!

You should explain your thought process more often. Why do you run attack damage reds and not armor penetration? (The pros and cons of ms quints and ad quints)

You should be more straightforward in your item builds at the top of the page. There is to many things going on. Use your item build chapter to go more in-depth.
