Singed is really good with any boots choice, I prefer getting boots-of-swiftness but everything other than berserkers-greaves works very well on him.


Starting Items: dorans-shield If against AD OR boots-of-speedhealth-potion3

First Back: If you started with Dorans Shield : boots-of-speedcatalyst-the-protector
If you started boots pots:tear-of-the-goddesscatalyst-the-protector

Core: rod-of-agestear-of-the-goddesshaunting-guise-> liandrys-torment

After you get your core items you need to start building against what your enemies have. If they are AD heavy use frozen-heartranduins-omensunfire-cape Whereas if they are more AP based you would want to use items like abyssal-scepterbanshees-veil
