need more explanation for summoner spells. your skills chapter is not going to cut it. it is far to underdone for a proper skills chapter. please either create a full skills chapter, or put a greater amount of information into your skill descriptions.

game phase chapters are lacking a bit, but they don't need a drastic improvement, just a few more lines to beef them up, except for you late game. late game and team fights MUST be separate chapters, and each much have enough information to warrant being it's own chapter.
