A famous Hecarim player in TW server(He is in Challenger division) uses 4/5/21 on his Hecarim.After I tried by playing many games,I found that is also a great mastery.That four points are three in cooldown reduction and another one to enhance summoner spell Ghost.

I Just bought him because of this guide! and wow yea this guy could change games quick I had to smite steal my own blue but i got it and i still fell a little behind due to not knowing the champ but went 5-9-15

I usuly get boots of mobility, and instead of sheen to start out with i will go abit tanky so you can dive early game. So i'm buying mobility boots -> Spirit of the ancient golem -> sheen/Giants belt/phage (depending on situation)

Add J4 and Vi to the difficulties?

It's a nerf to Heca at all. The only buff is pre lvl 10, where big teamfights don't really happen. And due to the fact that it's heal on minions is capped anyways it is an obvious nerf and not a buff.

Are boots of swiftness becoming more viable because people have been choosing slows over hard ccs lately? I.E. nasus, voli, singed, xin, etc. Its a bit more damage at the cost of being slowed for half a second more. So i guess my question is, with the new meta seeming to be slows, are boots of swiftness more viable now?
