Until you are level 6 always look for some sight-ward.
Core items: kages-lucky-pickhaunting-guise
Boots depending on your enemy: ninja-tabi,mercurys-treadswithout any problems in the lanephase go forsorcerers-shoes.
Additional items: rabadons-deathcapliandrys-tormentrylais-crystal-scepter
Improve your boots with enchantment-alacrityenchantment-furor.
After finishing this items go for some attackspeed to increase Toxic Shot´s damage: maladynashors-tooth.
If you need to be more tanky (also a great addition to ninja-tabi) go for wits-end.
Finish your Build with another attackspeed item, or go for guardian-angelbanshees-veilohmwrecker as an addition to get tanky, or for some abilitypower like zhonyas-hourglasswill-of-the-ancientsvoid-staff.

In the early game always try to autoattack your enemy for the damage of your Toxic Shot. But try to not follow him under the turret. Whenever you go aggressive start up with a Blinding Dart followed by a couple of autoattacks. Look for some early aggression in your lane. Try to stop your enemy from farming by playing aggressive.
Mid Game

Keep your lane pushed and go around to place Noxious Traps all over the map, to increase your team´s map control and watch out for ganks. Keep your aggression up and try to outfarm your enemy to get a high goldadvantage.
Late Game

Stay near your team and place Noxious Traps down the river and near the buffs. Look for Team Fights in an area where you have placed the most traps (for example in front of baron).

In Team Fights always stay behind your frontline. Get your Blinding Dart on the AD-Carry to take out his damage and try to kill him. After killing the Carry focus on the enemy next to you. After winning a fight place some Noxious Traps and go for a turret, inhibitor, dragon or baron. An Ace is also a great chance to place Noxious Traps deep in the enemy jungle.
