start with and against AD champion

if you are taking so much damage from the AD champion you are laning then buy as your first back to base

if you are taking so much damage from the AP champion you are laning then buy as your first back to base

but if you are doing good against AP or AD champions then buy
and another after that upgrade your boots to what ever fits for you
