Explanations:

Spells

Not much too say. Smite for the obvious reasons!
Also you can take [summoners/ghost.png]

instead of [summoners/flash.png]

for better ganks but [skills/teemo/w.png]

is like a built in Ghost so I wouldn't bother.

Skill order
I don't really care for [skills/teemo/w.png]

So I take it when I start to gank and just one point since I never really use it unless it's to catch someone or get away from them.
Always start with [skills/teemo/e.png]

so you'll spam the camps!
[skills/teemo/q.png]

is a great skill to avoid damage use it on big monsters so that you don't have to use so many pots.

Items
GET ATTACK SPEED! As much as possible in early game! Get AP or AD in mid game and try to get life steal whenever you can, life steal is mostly the reason I get [items/wriggles-lantern.png]

Item Builds IN DEPTH!

Okay let's do this!

Start with [items/hunters-machete.png]

On your first trip back you'll have 750g. (see Jungling to see the route I use) So what you want is [items/madreds-razors.png]

Final Comments

Use

on the river and bushes!

Use the ward from [items/wriggles-lantern.png]

on the dragon!

Gank as much as possible but try to stay alive!

Don't forget about your passive! [skills/teemo/p.png]

it grants Attack speed so use it in between camps!

If an enemy champion has [items/oracles-elixir.png]

tell your team to focus him cause your ult is useless while his alive. If you can't kill him then try to hide shrooms in bushes!

Jungling

JUNGLE!

ROUTE FOR JUNGLING!
Get someone (probably mid) to damage blue with you! Pop two pots just to be safe and after a few hits smite it!
Now you should be level 2. Go to the wolves blind the big one and kill it then clear that camp. Go to the wraiths do the same (blind big-->one kill it-->clear camp!) Pop a pot!
Go to the golems do the same SMITE the big one (it's for the extra 10g)Pop a pooooot!
Now you can either go back to your wolves OR you can go to the enemy wraiths or wolves and play a bit more aggresive(leave a small monster alive so that the camp isn't cleared.)

After you're finished with the wolves pop your last pot on your way to red! BLIND RED TWICE HIT IT AND THEN SMITE IT! :D

You can either recall here with 750 g OR you can risk clearing the wraiths camo for a little extra gold BUT BEWARE IT LEAVES YOU WITH 3HP IT IS REALLY RISKY YOU MIGHT BE EXCECUTED!!!!

After you recall go to ganks!! Wherever you are needed and after that jungle with your gut! Wherever you want :D
