I'm a poor solo Q noob who have the particularity to come back from 250 elo to 1200 in couple of games.
I started ranked soon as i reached the lvl 30,i failed hard during a long time.
Then i watched streams and i improved my gampeplay .
I'm still a bad player but i compensate my lack of skills due to my great age by vice and off-topics builds.
Let me introduce one of my best création,the almighty Gayric the elo hell's bane.
I have to apology about my bad english but i usually speak French,but i will do my best.
My Gayric is not a true support,yes you have to go bot with a carry,yes you have to baby-sit him
but you are not his mom,your job is to keep him alife,sure but mainly you're here to kick balls harder than he do.
With this build you will be faster,stronger,tougher.
You will initiate,tank,support and obviously you will kick balls harder than an overfed carry.
You will carry your team fullfilling the role of tank,DPS and support.
Of course its a low elo build with low elo gameplay tips,dont try this at home or at high elo thx :)

About my playing environementOk guys w'll talk about lowest rank of elo.
It's a world appart in the LoL competitive scene.
There are some things to know about it.
-Your team will be rarely balanced,the most often you will have trolls pick like 4 AD ranged and no tank.
-They are few junglers,never one in both teams, and they will fail hard in staying forever in jungle or by failing their silly gank attempt.
-If you have a jungler,the solo lane(not specially the top one) will fall asap at 1v2.
-There is no wards,no map awareness,no control over Drake and baron.
-There is no team play,everyone play alone and finish ganked hardly.
-There is no strategy in team fight,no focus
-there Morde and Mundo are beasts who cannot be stopped.
I'll show you the secrets to make your path thru this hell.
Stand by me my apprentice be brave and listen.
If you can seed fear in their harts they will surrender,all is about domination,and how to broke their moral.
You can achieve this pretty well with Taric,because you can fullfil all the role your team lack for.
Lets show you.
Masteries21 in utility for mana regen,speed,cdr,blablabla=classic
9 in defence for early toughness and laning durability
what else george ?
0/21/9 classic mana full-tank is cool to,but you will have mana issue especialy for sustaining your ulti.
21/0/9 is not a good idea you gain in burst but that will not compense your squishyness.
RunesArP marks and quints for balls kicking early,still a big deal for mid-end cause we dont build any Arp items.
MP5/lvl seals for sustaining this fuking ulti a bit more.
Dont underestimate the power of 25 ArP at early lvl,you will hit like a truck.you will kill and kill
Flat MR glyphs against poking-spamming-pussies-casters early game(hate those guys ><)
Nevermind it goes like this,no questions.
Anyway,runes depends of your feeling and game play,this runes set let you quite squishy early-mid game.
If you have to fullfil a more tankyness role cuz of the team set up.
you can go with:
5 Arp marks
3 Flat health quints
9 Flat Mr glyphs
seals remains the same.
MagicPen marks are a good choice to make dazzle and shatter more consistent early but personnally i dont like,but its still a big deal
Flash to jump in and dazzling this fuking Ashe or rarely to flee with style.
Ignite to KS(kill secure)and grab some early kills.
Good to disable ulti from mundo biatchs or to make Tryns rage quit.
Taric loves to socket magical gems into all of his weapons, resulting in his melee attacks replenishing his mana for 7.5% of damage dealt.
Good passive for early stage,pretty useless as game goes on
Taric brings forth earthen energy to heal a nearby ally and himself for 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (+90% of ability power). If Taric heals only himself, the heal will be 40% more effective. Melee attacks on enemies decrease this spell's cooldown by 2 seconds per hit.
Cooldown 20 / 19 / 18 / 17 / 16seconds
Cost 70 / 85 / 100 / 115 / 130mana
Your heal,thats the skill who make you a support,still...
Dont forget to use it on your mate,not only on you :)
Passive: Taric's gains 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 bonus armor and provides an aura that increases the armor of himself and nearby allies by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30.
Active: Taric deals 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (+50% of ability power) magic damage to nearby enemies and decreases their armor by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 for 4 seconds. The aura portion of his passive is not in effect during the cooldown.
Cost 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90mana
"The" skill,that hurt so much,watch out it is easy to ks with this,use it wisely
Anyway the passive gives you the tankyness you need to fullfill the role of off-tank pretty well.
Max it first to make AD threat useless against your power till mid-end game.
Taric fires a sphere of prismatic light at an enemy, dealing 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 - 80 / 160 / 240 / 320 / 400 (+100% of ability power) magic damage (lower damage the further the target is), and stunning them for 1 - 2 seconds (higher stun the further the target is).
Cooldown 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10seconds
Your initiation tool,a pain in the ass,one of the best stun in the game
Dazzle+couple of auto attacks+shatter+ignite will wreck face of any champ in laning phase.
Toggle: Taric emits brilliant light, healing himself for 30 / 40 / 50 (+20% of ability power) a second and increasing his and nearby allies' attack damage by 30 / 60 / 90 (half effect for nearby allied champions). The cost to sustain Radiance increases by 4 / 7 / 10 each second.
Great support tool,especialy if you have many AD in your team,post lvl6 make your duo laning a bane for opponent if you are with an AD.Can save your life to
It is a mana sink so be carefull
Laning phaseYou have the tools to put opponents under pressure,play agressive.
If paired with a good carry you will dominate 99% of your games.
Synchronizing with your mate is the key,focus the weakest=>dazzle and blow him off his pants together.
Let the last hits to your carry and pick the kills with shatter (gnark gnark).
You have to dominate your lane ASAP,blow them fast!
This build give you the weapons to do it.
In this way if the other lane is failing you have to ask for a lane switch,then you have to punish the others while your failing mates face opponents who are bleeding like hell.
If the other lane do well,gank everywhere,the goal to reach is to demoralize them fast and well.
All is about early game domination,that grant you the power to carry your team for the whole game.
Mid gameWe are in elo hell,people wandering solo,overextend with 100hp,and jungle without wards.
Here is your time to shine,your job here is to 1v1 this fuking mordekeiser who is terrorising your mate and reap them like they were wheat.
Work well against tryn or any other elo hell beasts.
Dont forget to farm,farm and farm more.
Here you have to brain a lot,its money time,you have to manage this bunch of noob you are mating with.
Tell them everything,be the brain they dont have.
And if they are like you,it will be a slaughter with a 20 minutes clean surrender as reward.
Team FightsOk be serious 30 seconds.
You are still a support,but a beeffy one,watch out to your mates,heal them wisely.
But you are also an amazing anti-carry,dazzle the right target,dont be afraid to initiate,you can soak damage pretty well.
But never forget that you are here to kick balls as much as possible.
By the way,let your tank go first if you have one,if not watch out to your positionning and jump in with style.
Managing your R is a key to,dont pop it sooner and dont let it last to long,always keep mana for a dazzle or a heal or both,that will save a life.

But the true power come from the fact that you are still a support.
Indeed in elo hell where team play is non-existent,being a beefy all around tanky dps that can SUPPORT is the key to victory.
Never forget to manage your team,never flame,talk a lot,encourage them if they fail,congratulate them if they do well.
Ward the map yourself,assign the focuses.tell them to stick together if they start to be dispatched.
This build is open source if someone want to improve it the way i imagined it aka off topic-tanky-dps-taric lets go,contribute guys !
