using E to avoid everything is simply bullshit (sorry for that). E is very strong on AP Ezreal but the thing with it is that you must have a lot of experience when to use it offensive and when you have to save it. In total i think, that this isnt a guide, but a build. You dont explain what to do or why you do something. I think it doesnt help anyone, sorry.

It's all about poke and avoiding as much damage as possible Killer400, you don't need to get in close to dish out damage and with your E (dont harass with it scrub) you can escape basically everything (it has a higher range than flash).
