summoner spells still need work. no one or two sentence descriptions. explain the skill, how to use it, and why it's the acceptable choice over other spells.

I added quite a bit to each section you mentioned. Re-submitting it.

Summoner spells, skills, mid game and late game chapters all need more work. Item build does as well, the descriptions are too short, or not detailed at all. If you're going to include the jungling chapter, then you need to write fully about it. otherwise just remove it(you don't need it unless you intend to write about it in detail).
