Whenever you are laning try to poke as much as you can without losing cs. Watch for ganks because you can be squishy at first, so don't push to hard.

When you start to build up don't forget to use the active on the blade of the ruined king. Not only does it slow but it will take a significant chunk of hp.

Be sure to have mushrooms all over the map to ensure your safety and your teams, as well as map control.
