Mid Game Items: the-bloodthirster (Improve your AD, and consequently, your healing rate)

Final Items: ravenous-hydra the-bloodthirster the-bloodthirster warmogs-armor boots-of-swiftness zephyr

Basically, that build goes to an agressive Pantheon, basically AD, using the spear and the heartseeker.

The combo doesn't change, Aegis of Zeonia -> Heartseeker Strike -> Spear Shot
