Introduction
Hello. This is Shiftrider (whacky name has a story behind it) here. I started playing LoL earlier this year when some friends (Yogurt8 & Chu8 <3) told me about a new growing moba game called LoL. Since then I've had alot of fun playing this unique game, I am a huge fan of the burst mages so naturally I turned to Leblanc.

This is my first (of many) guides. I've chosen Leblanc because of how overlooked she is by people who don't see her potential.

Leblanc is very under used in my opinion. She has the mobility to rival Kassadin and the burst to rival Veigar. With one of the best early games in LoL.

I play Leblanc sort of like you'd play Tiny in DotA. I prevent whoever I'm laning against from getting their core item builds, pushing them out of lane ALOT while also forcing them to buy defensive items such as [items/catalyst-the-protector.png][items/giants-belt.png][items/negatron-cloak.png]. To play Leblanc (atleast how I play her) you must be VERY aggressive by nature.

The best part about Leblanc is, unlike Tiny, her abilitys damage scale into late game. This means you not only shut down their carry all early-mid game, but you become a carry yourself.

She excels at early-mid lane dominance; Map control; Securing Dragons/Barons; And ganking.

And her late game isn't as terrible as people make it out to be.

Lastly, to this long Introduction, she is alot of fun to play! ;)
Masteries
Standard 9/0/21, not much to say. Can change perseverence for 3/3 good hands.
Magic pen reds are obvious.

Mana/lvl: yellows are optional, they help you farm and get around the map easier with distortion. Can be changed to Health/lvl

AP/lvl blues: Leblancs Q E and R all scale very well with AP. If you find yourself against strong burst champs like Kassadin Maokai or Veigar, for examples, then it might be a good idea to change for flat MR.

Flat AP quints: are great for your early game damage. You can change them to move speed quints although I don't recommend it as you sacrifice valuable burst damage.
Summoner Spells
[summoners/flash.png][summoners/ignite.png]

Explanation:

Flash is a must for every burst / squishy champs. Leblanc can use Flash and follow with Q R W E +ignite for some surprise damage-- this combo at level 7+ will kill almost any champ with sub 80% life early game.

Ignite is simply a must on Leblanc, your job is to kill someone in an instant, ignite is often the difference between the kill and them living with 400hp late game.
Skills
[skills/leblanc/p.png] Passive: Mirror Image

When LeBlanc is brought below 40% health, she instantly becomes stealthed for half a second. When the stealth fades, she creates a Mirror Image that deals no damage and lasts for up to 8 seconds. This can only occur once per minute.

Explanation:

This passive has saved my life many times.. oh yes indeed it has. It allows for so many clutchness.. let me explain!

When this procs you become invisible for only a moment. Now using this to your advantage is key. When getting ganked you can use this moment of shroud to combo either your ganker or your laning opponent, whichever is killable!

Often vulnerable champions will come in to help secure the kill when you are low because they feel safe with their friends around. Quickly walk and blink to them for the kill just after this passive procs, try to micro your clone to your return spot before you blink back, this will confuse your enemies, and if you're lucky, allow your escape.

You can use your clone to block many things such as Caitlyns ace in the hole or Blitzcranks hook. Basically anything. You can use it to tank tower in clutch moments, or Baron for extream PvE. In lane-dives (where you're overextending infront enemy creeps) you can micro your clone to tank creeps for you, this is tricky though and will usually happen naturally when it procs.

You can trick people by microing your image aswell, assuming they don't know which one is you already. If it procs in lane you can walk in brush with yourself and it, then come out with the fake one and pressure them, I've actually gotten ignites and flashes on this, immediately come out of brush and punish them for wasteing their CDs on your image.

Always micro your image, even if they have an oracles you can move it with you to block lined-shots.

[skills/leblanc/q.png] Q: Sigil of Silence

LeBlanc projects an orb towards her target, dealing 70 / 110 / 150 / 190 / 230 (+60% of ability power) magic damage and marking the target for 3.5 seconds. If the target takes damage from one of Leblanc's abilities, the mark will trigger, dealing 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+30% of ability power) magic damage and silencing the target for 2 seconds.

Cooldown 6seconds
Cost 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90mana
Range 700

Explanation:

low CD long-range nuke anyone?!

Do not spam this untill level 3. CSing with this spell is simply unacceptble. Generally you only want to spam it at level 3+. Most of this spells damage is on the initial hit, but it will only silence if you use another spell after it lands. This will be your main spell you want to Mimic. Scales .9 with AP counting both hits, Not to shabby eh?

[skills/leblanc/w.png] W: Distortion

LeBlanc rapidly moves to a target location, dealing 85 / 125 / 165 / 205 / 245 (+60% of ability power) magic damage to nearby units. In the following 3 seconds, she can activate Distortion again to return to her starting location.

Cooldown 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 / 12seconds
Cost 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120mana
Range 600

Explanation:

Mobility/Nuke/Farming anyone?!

You can use this spell to blink on and nuke your opponent, then simply return before they can retaliate.

At level 2 you can combo HARD in conjunction w/[skills/leblanc/q.png]. Be sure to wait for your Sigil to actually hit before using this spell.

This spell is great for setting up an easy [imgsmall=skills/leblanc/e.png.

Great for juking. You can walk in a brush, blink out and then return when they chase. You can also blink in a brush and when they facecheck simply return!

At level 8 can be used for farming/pushing.

Do not spam this ability with smartcast on as you may accidently return before intended.

When using it to proc [skills/leblanc/q.png] and deal damage try not to blink right on top of them, as it can make it harder to land [skills/leblanc/e.png]

[skills/leblanc/e.png] E: Ethereal Chains

LeBlanc flings illusionary chains towards a target location. If it hits an enemy unit, it will deal 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+50% of ability power) initial magic damage and slow their movement speed by 25%. If the target remains shackled for 2 seconds, the target takes additional 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+50% of ability power) magic damage and is unable to move.

Cooldown 10seconds
Cost 80mana
Range 950

Explanation:

Although you max this last do NOT underestimate it.

Landing this spell means certain death for most enemies. The first and second tick will proc your sigil of silence, so you can Q R W . . E and then Q before the snare procs.

Do note that this is a BIND not stun.

Also note the break range is much larger than the cast range.

Scales very well with AP! 1.0 counting both ticks, and 280 base damage. Awwe yeeee.

[skills/leblanc/r.png] R: Mimic

LeBlanc can cast the previous spell she cast. The mimicked spell deals 10% / 25% / 40% increased damage.

Cooldown 40 / 32 / 24seconds
Cost 100 / 50 / 0mana

Explanation:

HOW ARE YOU DOING SO MUCH DAMAGE????

This is a very straight foward ability. Generally you want to mimic your Sigil of Silence as it's your highest damage ability.

You only ever want to Mimic [skills/leblanc/e.png] if you are level 18 because you max that last.

Using this to farm/push w/[skills/leblanc/w.png] can be good. Just use your judgement! At lv 8 you can W + R and clear waves, but generally you only want to do this before blue pilling or to push creeps to tower when your lane opponent has blue pilled.

Note that you can only have one "return pad" active at any time, so when farming with it you should return to your first Distortion before casting the second one-- W W R R.

You almost always want to mimic [skills/leblanc/q.png] because it is your highest damage spell and you max it first. Mimic [skills/leblanc/w.png] for farming purposes or if you are caught out of position and need to escape. Mimic [skills/leblanc/e.png] only really mimic this if level 18 or use judgement, because you max it last. I usually find myself mimicing chains if we are chasing a last survivor [champ/singed.png] or if he's way over extended by himself. Double chains is about the best single target CC any champ can provide. Too bad it doesn't stun and only snares/roots!
Skill Order
Q - W - Q - E - Q - R - Q - W - Q - W - R - W - W - E - E - R - E - E There is really no other way to skill Leblanc.

[skills/leblanc/w.png] is much more reliable than [skills/leblanc/e.png], and you use [skills/leblanc/w.png] for farming and utility, the reduced CDR on each level makes it a no brainer to max second.
Item Builds
Starting items: [items/boots-of-speed.png][items/health-potion3.png] against about anything. [items/meki-pendant.png][items/health-potion2.png] Against most melee champs like [champ/yorick.png][champ/galio.png][champ/mordekaiser.png][champ/irelia.png][champ/kassadin.png][champ/pantheon.png][champ/warwick.png]. [items/dorans-ring.png] If very cocky or against weak melee champs with no ranged harass like [champ/rammus.png]. Hue.

Early game goal: [items/sorcerers-shoes.png][items/dorans-ring.png] and [items/kages-lucky-pick.png] OR [items/fiendish-codex.png]

BuildOne: You want to get [items/deathfire-grasp.png] ASAP most of the time. The CDR and BURST on use is invalueable for champs like Leblanc! Now once you have [items/deathfire-grasp.png] and [items/sorcerers-shoes.png] you can finally get [items/mejais-soulstealer.png] even against 2k ELO this is a very good item on Leblanc, if any champ can pull it off it's Leblanc. I warn you though, DO NOT make the mistake of getting it if your opponents are stacking [items/negatron-cloak.png] with [items/mercurys-treads.png] and [items/catalyst-the-protector.png] OR [items/giants-belt.png]. Now if 3-4 or more champions have items like this you are going to need a [items/void-staff.png] ASAP. Once you have this then you can get a late [items/mejais-soulstealer.png] if you are sure you can maintain 7+ stacks. Otherwise you will want to get your [items/rabadons-deathcap.png] instead.

BuildTwo: If you lane opponent is building glass-cannon like [items/sorcerers-shoes.png][items/dorans-ring.png][items/dorans-ring.png][items/blasting-wand.png] you can change your build to [items/sorcerers-shoes.png][items/dorans-ring.png][items/dorans-ring.png][items/mejais-soulstealer.png]. After you want to immediately work towards [items/fiendish-codex.png]>[items/deathfire-grasp.png]. The reasoning behind this is because buying a Mejais puts you exactly 800gold behind, where Blasting wand or NLR puts them 860 / 1600 behind, because of [skills/leblanc/q.png] you should not be scared of their damage. Without an early [items/catalyst-the-protector.png] OR [items/giants-belt.png] they will not get a chance to cast anything before dieing.

Now you are going to need a defensive item! I recommend [items/banshees-veil.png] if strong CC like [champ/taric.png] or [items/zhonyas-hourglass.png] if you need more damage and are against a fed tanky AD like [champ/nocturne.png].

If you really don't need any more damage and find yourself very fed and being focused and dived hard in teamfights you can grab [items/warmogs-armor.png]. Warmogs is not just a tanky DPS item, it's very nice for low-health champions like Leblanc. Though I should note that in a game against equally skilled opponents it is very unlikely you will ever want to get Warmogs.

Other items:

[items/health-potion.png] always try to keep atleast one of these in your inventory if you're against champs like [champ/brand.png] or [champ/mordekaiser.png].

[items/mana-potion.png] having enough mana for your combo is a must, try to carry 1-2 of these with you early game.

[items/sight-ward.png] Always buy atleast one or two (no more you aren't support) of these EVERY return! Early game you want to be owning your lane, so ward atleast one of your flanks and stay near that. Combined with [skills/leblanc/w.png] makes you almost ungankable. If your jungler/support do not have baron/dragon warded you should consider it your job to keep those warded.
Early Game
Last hit!! Play aggressive!!! Refrain from trading hits (note [skills/leblanc/q.png] has 700range and outranges most champions harass) with [champ/cassiopeia.png][champ/annie.png][champ/karthus.png][champ/corki.png][champ/ezreal.png][champ/zilean.png] untill level 2. Then you can drop 1-2 Q > W combo on them. Wait till lv 3 to start spamming. Your goal is to push them out of lane and/or kill constantly, generally you offer less to your team than whoever you're laning against, so you want to stay ahead!

Leblanc can zone VERY well, and if they are a low hp champ with sub 70% hp do not be afraid to flash > Q > W > E > Ignite on them! Keep in mind your silence prevents their counter-flash.

DO NOT harass with Q > R. If you cannot follow with [skills/leblanc/w.png] then don't bother wasteing your ult! A quick Q > R before going home is fine though. There are exceptions to this though, such as a [champ/karthus.png] playing extreamly defensive at his tower CSing. In this case push him out of lane and deny him CS as much as possible. Throw Qs as much as possible and W > Q > R on CD. Note if you land [skills/leblanc/e.png] or he gets in range for [skills/leblanc/q.png][skills/leblanc/w.png] he has made a mistake, punish him HARD, level 5+ he should die even if full health.

Once level 7, if they haven't already died you can surely end it here and now. Assuming they opened boots and haven't gone back yet, you should be able to drop them from 100% health with Q > R > W > Ignite. Flash for it even if they're 100%, if you are sure they will die. If they've gone back they should only have [items/boots-of-speed.png][items/dorans-ring.png][items/health-potion2.png]. So harass them to 70-80% before going all-out on them. Remember landing [skills/leblanc/e.png] almost always results in a kill.

First trip back make sure you buy a [items/sight-ward.png] and PLEASE make it a habit to ward your right flank. if blue team your right flank is dragon side. If purple team your right flank is baron side. This not only protects you but prevents the enemy jungler from taking the popular jungle-route-gank (aka the long way) through your jungle.

Keep in mind you are [champ/leblanc.png]Leblanc. If you see the enemy jungler coming to gank you and are level 6+ you can combo them which either sends them back to base or if you can kill them combo with [summoners/ignite.png] which can result in blue buff and a dead jungler! Be sure not to get caught by both the jungler and your enemy laner.

Always remember to last hit! champs that push early like [champ/karthus.png] OR [champ/morgana.png] are annoying so practice CSing at tower-- hit each range creep once so you can last hit them after a tower shot. You want melee creeps just below half so you can 1shot them after tower shot. Or at/just below 100%, just be sure to wait for 2 tower shots in this case. Note that you can kill and out farm both Morgana and Karthus by standing (or I call dancing) behind their range creeps and blasting them if they try to push.
Mid Game
I consider level 11 mid game. Now you should have [items/deathfire-grasp.png] by now. So at this point you want to try and pick up towers and dragons. To do this you want to either kill your lane opponent or gank bottom lane. If your lane opponent is playing extreamly defensive you can push the wave with [skills/leblanc/w.png] and gank!

Now dragon is always warded so unless your team has an early oracles or pink ward I do not suggest this route.

Blue team: Take the long way in your jungle around golems and sneak in your bot lane brush. When the time is right jump out and shout ABRACADABRA! Hopefully you've picked up atleast one if not both of the enemies bot lane. Now, with your team, go get dragon! If you are in a rush do not be afraid to spam abilitys, Leblanc adds good damage to dragon/barons! just don't get caught with your pants down after using Q > R > E on dragon. You can go the long way in their jungle if your flash is up--I will be going more in-depth with this later and I will be adding video examples shortly after submitting this (in the next few days).

Purple team: You can take the long way in around their jungler if you are sure you wont run into wards / the enemy jungler. If you are not sure then go around your jungle and sneak into the brush like before! Do not forget to yell ABRACADABRA!

You do not want to spend too much time on this as you risk falling behind in valuable CS/EXP, or worse losing your tower! Be swift! Push your lane and immediately head down there and alert your team of your presence!
Late Game
You are still a DEADLY threat to the enemy team. Try to wait in brush for an unsuspecting oppoent, blast them and then rally up your team for dragon/baron/pushing! If your enemy has banshee you should change your combo to E > DFG > Q > R > W > Ignite. Unless they are the tank you should drop them no problem. If they barely flash away with a sliver of health don't be afraid to counter-flash + Q. Just be careful of running into the entire enemy team!

It's often worth it for Leblanc to have an Oracle around this time as it prevents them from knowing your location-- this forces them to move as 5 or they risk running into you with every turn, plus you don't want to sit in a warded brush for 5mins!

If you have inventory space ALWAYS CARRY[items/sight-ward.png]! Your support should be doing most of the warding but keeping 1 or 2 of these handy for warding their blue/red buff or for clutch situations.. well it can be the difference between Defeat and Victory!
Team Fights
This is tricky for Leblanc. First I want to start off by saying Leblanc doesn't fall off as bad as people think, and [items/banshees-veil.png] does NOT counter Leblanc, the health and MR makes them alittle harder to kill sure, but the spellshield itself is easy enough to "pop" with [skills/leblanc/w.png]>[skills/leblanc/q.png]. That being said, you bring essentially nothing to your team. Your job is to pick off high priority targets. Generally you want to put EVERYTHING into this so ALWAYS REMEMBER [items/deathfire-grasp.png] and [summoners/ignite.png]! Always secure the kill!

If you cannot kill anyone on their team you are offically worse than every other caster (in terms of 5v5 engagements). Although keep in mind you don't have to kill them from full to 0! you can poke in with [skills/leblanc/w.png] and [skills/leblanc/q.png]. Just don't get caught. So knowing you cannot kill anyone from full to 0 isn't the end of the world. Hope you did good enough early and picked up enough dragons/towers to make up for it. With all the MR they are stacking your AD should do work. :)

If you know that they are all too tanky and wont die to just you, once they engage hit the highest threat target or the one with the least MR with everything you've got. It's rare that your full combo not bring them below 30% health. Even [champ/singed.png] feels the pain.

Often the tank will run in first and if he isn't tanky enough (generally they are not) your combo + a few auto attacks from your AD carry will kill them. At this point you and your team should kite while Leblanc CDs come up, chase with [skills/leblanc/w.png][skills/leblanc/e.png] when they run, just don't get too far ahead of your team.. happens to me all the time. :C

Generally you can always kill their AP carry, AD carry, support and most junglers. Kill any of them out of position! Most of the time you can kill one by blinking in, DFG Q R and Ignite for secureing the kill. You don't always have to use your [skills/leblanc/w.png] to proc [skills/leblanc/q.png]. Even if you miss [skills/leblanc/e.png]! unless they have 100+MR with 2.5k+ hp your DFG Q R Ignite is usually enough.

It will seem like procing [skills/leblanc/q.png] does TONS of damage but infact the intial hit is by far the biggest. The reason it seems otherwise is due to [skills/leblanc/w.png] itself having very high base damage, and the added damage from [skills/leblanc/q.png] proc makes it one hell of a combo. But sometimes you just have to suck it up and use [skills/leblanc/w.png] for utility and not damage, which is ok because your [items/deathfire-grasp.png][skills/leblanc/q.png][skills/leblanc/r.png] alone is usually enough. Also remember [skills/leblanc/e.png] has a very long range so practice landing it, missing it in a teamfight can lose it for you and your team so practice!
Gameplay
In advance I am terribly sorry for the video, never made one before and I have no experience editting. And uh.. well I did what I could. Sorry for no commentary I tried to add audio but the video kept bugging. I will try to fix this and the obnoxiusly large text size in my next video.

Lane Matchups.
Having played LeBlanc extensively I have alot of experience laning against just about every champ. I'm going to explain why certain champs are hard to deal with, and how to better deal with them.

The first name I want to throw out here is [champ/kennen.png]Kennen. Just an extreme laner, even with the release of all these new champs and the change in meta game he is still one of those champs you just do NOT want to lane against.

Leblanc can definitely win this match up, but it isn't as easy as other champs. First kennen is very annoying for Leblanc to deal with because his lightning rush makes it difficult for you to combo him effectively, and his shuriken prevents you from getting too aggressive, as taking one of these will follow with his electrical surge. Combined with his passive Mark of the Storm you will be in deep shit. At level 6 he becomes VERY dangerous. LeBlanc is squishy by nature and getting chained stunned can mean certain death.

Kennens true weakness is strong champions played passive-aggressive. You want to hide behind your creeps like a sissy and punish him with Q > W and E if you're lv 4+. Note you can't really do anything about the CS he gets with shurikens, or when your melee creeps are on his side of the lane.

Essentially you want to force him to a) use lightning rush offensively and then punish him with your full combo, if you land E go all out. or b) force him to play passive-aggressive till 6. Though his 6 is scarier, yours is a much more consistent scare. At this point (lv 6) you both should be behind in CS (more so him, though), which means you are winning. He needs early defensive items to survive your burst.

He is a combo-based champion and if he can't survive your base dmgs / silence there is no way he can win. Note that he should win any 1v1 with his ult, you want to get as far away as possible when he pops it. If you've pressured him into popping his ult and survived it, the lane is won. You should look for an opening to flash > full combo (hold shift down while facerolling QWER). Ignite should be cast as early as possible. Now the only way he wont die to you is by playing extremely defensive which means missing out on CS and even some EXP. Make sure you don't miss any CS and buy once you have a good advantage then come back to lane and bully him. Ganking other lanes is always an option, too.

Other notes: Everytime he gives you an opening to Q > W or Q > R > W you should take it. Check if he is using flat MR runes, if he isn't then HE HAS DUN GOOFED and you can /all GG. When chasing kennen be ready to micro your clone infront of you to block shurikens. Mid-Late game he is VERY hard for you to deal with if you didn't shut him down early, If this is the case it's probable best go around and try to snipe some of his allys from behind when he engages on your team.

---------------------------------------------------------------

[champ/maokai.png]Maokai. Similar to Kennen in the sense you hate to lane against him. Leblanc is lucky enough to be one of those champs Maokai does not want to lane against. Maokai is a little scary for Leblanc because he has such insane burst potential and you are very squishy, it is natural be scared of Maokai.

Maokais combo is twisted advance > sapling toss > vengeful maelstrom (if 6) > arcane smash. If you eat both ticks of sapling you can die from full health. Maokai is not too much of a problem for leblanc for one reason: [skills/leblanc/w.png]. Utilize this to dodge his saplings while landing your E and Qs.

You are very vulnerable while your W is on CD. Your Q only out ranges his twisted advance by 50 range, but he shouldn't have boots so you can Q him and walk away, try to dodge the incoming sapling once you are at a safe distance from his twisted advance.

Now Maokais biggest fault here is, in mid lane, he is VERY gimmicky, especially against Leblanc. Now here's why:

He has to go on you, if he just sits back and lets you Q > W + auto attack him he will lose. Once he casts twisted advance on you he is immune to everything. But if you blink away he follows-- like it or not. This means you can use distortion towards your tower and force him to tank tower hits. You can even flash + distortion and get him real deep in shit. His only option is to flash out before using any of his combo, now he will run away like an Alistar with no headbutt, flash or ultimate. And he will have taken atleast one tower shot. Land an easy E and he is dead. If not he is atleast low and forced out of lane early. Either way results in you winning lane.

Because of this he is forced to playing defensively and miss CS and ultimately he will die from your harass, or forced back early and die anyway due to level difference.

Other notes: When your passive procs micro your clone to the sapling and bait it to hit that instead of you. He should have flat MR but with or without you can't play too aggressive because he is still tanky with his high base health and he can still burst you down if you overextend. Never get too cocky against maokai, he is a boss. Think before using distortion because utilizing the return pad is key to dominate Maokai. Your Q R E still affects him if casted before his twisted advance (unless changed recently). DFG is key against maokai, more so than other matchups. Listening to Dream a Dream by Captain Jack can greatly increase your chances of winning this lane.

---------------------------------------------------------------

[champ/sion.png]Sion. Another champ you don't want to find yourself laning against (as any champ). I've been on both ends of this match-ups but not against anyone who knew how to play it right. So I will do my best I can.

You want to start Mekipendent +2 hp pots or Dorans ring against this match up. I have only played the matchup once as Leblanc against sub 2k ELO who had no clue how to play Sion (he got E and R early..). And then twice as Sion on my smurf against random Leblanc. Dorans ring is good for extra damage and the mana regen is a must against Sion. However I think any good Sion would have his Q maxed and without the health pots you get with mekipendent you would get pushed out of lane very early. But if he maxes W like alot of Sion you are fine, either wait out his shield at a safe distance or explode it with Q+W.

If wondering I am adding this on here now (before I have more first hand experience with the match up) because it is a very awkward lane for Leblanc, and I play Sion & Leblanc ALOT, so I have a good idea how they counter each other and how Leblanc can win. I will update later when I find a GOOD Sion player to lane against.. *cricket* and update accordingly. :P

Sion is very strong against Leblanc, he is like Maokai with more consistency but less burst. He has alot of health and shield, and if he gets flat MR runes his shield stops almost all of your damage early. Very hard to burst down this monster.

Your best bet is spam Qs on him at lv 3 / 5, basically spam every CD if possible. Just throw them like candy. When he finally shields on one, wait for it to pop then throw another Q and combo W, and E if lv 4+ and have spare mana (you probable shouldn't.) You are really trying to stall for lv 6, as you get MUCH stronger, whereas he gets +60 dmg and less CD on his stun.

Once level 6 your goal is to annoy him by spamming Q every CD (you get 2dorans ring and sometimes an early mekipendent to fund this). Once he uses shield wait.. once it is off go all out. This means Q > W > E, then kite him out of range of stun for your Q to come back up while your E keeps him snared. Once Q up use it and R before his shield CD is back, ignite early if you think he will die (he should like anyone that eats your E). Be sure to get those auto attacks off too. It is likely he will land his stun as you Q > W him because of Distortions delay. In this case try to E him after the stun, if he is too far just keep CSing and try again.

Be vary careful if he gets BoM, one Q W combo from him and you're more than half dead, flash + Q W ignite and you're done for the rest of the game. His CDs are pretty short.

Other notes: Both of you are VERY gankable and can die instantly during a stun, ward atleast one side at all times and try to get your jungler to gank for you. If he gets a negatron cloak or merc treads and has equal or more gold than you, it might be a good idea to ask for a lane switch. Call MiAs if Sion pushes your lane and leaves. Keep track of his Flash CD-- he should be running 9/0/21.

Will add Zil soon, I need more experience laning against these. I believe Zil is the last problem lane for you. I haven't had many yoricks (2-3) and he seems surprisingly easy to deal with, but randoms in normal after all.

If you are having a problem with certain champs in lane or even in general, feel free to comment or PM me and I will do my best to help.
Final Comments
I had a fun time writing this and I hope that I've inspired other people to play Leblanc! She is defniitely a situational pick in competitive play but I believe she is viable at all levels of play, she just doesn't fit in every team comp like some champs /rolleyes [champ/garen.png]

This is a taste of what's to come! I will be working on more guides and updating this weekly. My future videos will be much better (I hope :c).

It was a pleasure writing and thanks for reading!

    @Oski

You should wait to learn lv 1 skill on every champion until the need arises. Even on jungle fiddle I will wait to learn drain up 'til the second the wolf camp spawns (where I start). On LB even though getting Q first is a big deal I will wait. I can't recall ever having to CTRL+W lv 1 because I take flash and I would rather blow flash than get W at lv 1, in most cases anyway.

Q even at level 1 does good damage and has low CD and low mana cost which makes you a constant threat from lv 1. If you are facing a strong early game champ and didn't learn Q they can punish you for it, trust me. But it isn't a big deal in most cases. But some match-ups you want to right click and spam Q ALOT early. Not being able to do ANYTHING 'til level 2 kinda sucks.

TL;DR Learning W first is like not learning anything. Save your lv 1 skill point 'til you are ready to use skill: IE don't learn Q 'til you are ready to cast your first harass on them. Only ctrl+w if you will otherwise die.

What's your opinion on grabbing grabbing W first? You won't be able to proc the sigil with Q alone, so why not grab W for its utility? Helps against level 1 ganks and does slightly more damage. Q's advantages are range, cd, and mana cost, but I don't think they make too much of a difference at level 1. Range ends up being about the same with W's AoE and cd/mana cost are insignificant as you aren't spamming skills yet. Unless you're going level 1 team fight and need focused damage, I don't see the real need for an immediate Q.

    @Aki

When he throws the shuriken at a creep move up to him for harass. If he backs off then he's out of EXP range for a few seconds. Keep it up and he'll miss a creep here and a creep there.. also it is impossible for him to get every CS with shurikens. And when you Q + W be fast with the return if needed IE his CDs up or jungler ganking.

Also I may have over exaggerated kennens strength against LB..? I really haven't been able to proof-read everything because I'm currently in a position where 20mins is a big deal. I updated a few things just last week but because I'm working top-down the match-ups is coming last. Once I find a place to live and get internet and get a job after I finish school I will be able to finish this and my Sion guide.

But yeah remember Kennen is a beast but without his ulti (long CD and you have too much mobility w/W+W and R+R and Flash if needed).
