Redo summoner spells cause I'm sure you're not running CV anymore

Sinister lord, i'm pretty sure Xpecial either forgot or just assumed most people would realize that boots are a must. They are almost always situational as well. Merc treads are the general default, with ninja tabi being the other logical choice. While CDR boots are good on janna, quite a few support items (including 3 that Xpecial recommended) have plenty of CDR.

Hi ! I have a question : I saw that, with runes and masteries given by Xpecial, Janna lvl 18 only reached 370 MS... Okay her W give her some extra MS but is it really enough ? I mean, Xpecial seems to not take any kind of boots... so 1 mastery + 5 points in W = 370... Is it worth it to replace an item by boots ? Or to replace gold/5 Quints by MS quints ?

Thanks, Great guide. First Janna game ever was ranked and I went 1-0-6. I was going to go 0-21-9 as masteries but decided to look up a guide and saw yours, I went 0-9-21 and it was WAY better! If I didnt go that we would of been way weaker overall I would of not been able to afford an early oracle vs twitch!
