Introduction
UNDER CONSTRUCTION. More info coming as I play Dominion more. Even though Dominion is still in beta, I've been working on a great build for Udyr. This guide utilizes Attack Damage, Lifesteal, and Attack Speed which are all amazing in Dominion because of its fast pace. Udyr is also a great champion to use for Dominion because of the movespeed he gets from his Bear Stance. Hope you like it.
Masteries

I choose a simple 21/9/0 Mastery build for Udyr since he's a tanky DPS character. By putting a point into nimbleness, you could get Ninja Tabi instead of the Berserker Greaves to help with Udyrs mobility and the sacrifice of some attack speed. I find that going 21/9/0 instead of 21/0/9 helps a lot more in Dominion because you already have extra gold per 5, and there's no point in getting extra experience since you already get a ton.
1. Marks

You can either go AD marks, or ArPen marks. I choose ArPen because I feel it's better against the tankier champions you tend to see in Dominion. It's mostly personal preference though.

2. Seals

I like going for flat armor seals here because it helps Udyr be more of a tank in Dominion. You could also go Dodge seals if you wanna proc nimbleness more often.

3. Glyphs

Here I go for Attack Speed glyphs instead of MR glyphs since I like a more DPS Udyr than a tank. Although MR per level is a great option here if you want to be more tanky.
Summoner Spells

Explanation:

These are honestly the two most useful summoner spells in Dominion. Ghost helps you get around faster from point to point so you can capture more easily and exhaust helps you chase down those finicky champions that like to run around really fast such as Rammus and Master Yi.

Other viable options:

[summoners/flash.png] This is always useful for getting to a tower thats about to be capped or getting out of a fight.
[summoners/revive.png] Helps you get back into the action and get to a tower faster. Used in combination with [skills/udyr/e.png] and [summoners/ghost.png] and you'll get to a turret in no time.
Skills
[skills/udyr/p.png] Passive: Monkey's Agility

Entering a stance grants Udyr 10% attack speed and 3% dodge for 5 seconds. This effect can stack.

Explanation:

Not the greatest passive in the game but it helps him take out enemies if you keep switching stances.




[skills/udyr/q.png] Q: Tiger Stance

Activation: On his next attack, Udyr swipes at his target, dealing normal attack and dealing 150% of his attack damage + 30 / 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 extra damage over 2 seconds as magic damage. In addition, It increases attack speed 5% less than passive for 5 seconds.

Persistent Effect: Udyr's attack speed is increased by 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40%. Half of this is persistent, the other half is activated for 5 seconds.

Cooldown 6 seconds
Cost 55/50/45/40/35 mana


Explanation:

His main skill. You will be using this to completely tear champions to shreds and still live because of all the lifesteal you have.




[skills/udyr/w.png] W: Turtle Stance

Activation: Udyr gains a temporary shield that absorbs 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+50% of ability power) damage.

Persistent Effect: Udyr's attacks cannot crit, but he restores 10/12/14/16/18% of his damage as health and 5/6/7/8/9% of his damage as mana.

Cooldown 6 seconds
Cost 55/50/45/40/35 mana


Explanation:

Quite useful for helping you stay alive on point.




[skills/udyr/e.png] E: Bear Stance

Activation: Udyr gains 15 / 18 / 21 / 24 / 27% increased movement speed for 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 / 4 seconds.

Persistent Effect: Udyr mauls his target with such force that they are stunned for 1 second. This effect cannot occur on the same target for 6 seconds.

Cooldown 6 seconds
Cost 55/50/45/40/35 mana


Explanation:

The usefulness of this skill in Dominion is simply amazing. It gives you amazing speed with the move speed buff on the map and when you use ghost too, you fly everywhere. The stun is also extremely helpful early game to get the ganks.




[skills/udyr/r.png] R: Phoenix Stance

Activation: Udyr sends out pulsing waves of fire dealing 15/25/35/45/55 (+25% of ability power) magic damage each second to nearby enemies for 5 seconds. In addition, Udyr's ability power is increased by 16 / 24 / 32 / 40 / 48 and his attack damage is increased by half of that amount.

Persistent Effect: Every third attack, Udyr engulfs enemies in front of him in flame, dealing 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+25% of ability power) magic damage.

Cooldown 6 seconds
Cost 55/50/45/40/35 mana


Explanation:

This skill is somewhat useless in Dominion which is why I choose to level it last. Since you wont be farming ever, why use it?

Item Builds
Starting Off:

I Start off with [items/berserkers-greaves.png] and a [items/vampiric-scepter.png] for the early mobility, attack speed, and lifesteal to help him sustain and gank if need be.

First Trip Back:

On your first trip back you should be able to afford a [items/bf-sword.png] and if you've gotten a few kills already, go ahead and buy the SANGUINE BLADE.

Core Build:

Here is where it starts to get a little situational. If they have a lot of damage and you feel that youre dying too often buy a [items/sunfire-cape.png] or [items/thornmail.png] if they have a lot of AA. If everythings going great and youre getting a good amount of kills, buy a [items/the-black-cleaver.png] first and save the armor for the next buy. Buy a [items/frozen-mallet.png] for the health and slow it gives. Helps a lot to keep the enemy champs from reaching a point to cap.

Situational:

Here I like to go more DPS than tank but its all up to how the game is going for you. [items/force-of-nature.png] and [items/tiamat.png] go great together for a more hybrid build.
